Comfortable and convenient- I would return for a longer leisure stay.
Pros:

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a few trays left on the landings with left over food/drink from other guests and the back my door was grubby.

Perfectly fine if the aircon works
Pros:

Nice big room, with good bathroom, comfortable big bed

Cons:

The aircon wasnt working and we were in a heatwave. The windows only open a tiny bit, so it was extremely hot in my room.

3rd floor Aircon not working
Cons:

When we arrived no one informed us about air-conditioning not working. I went downstairs to let them know. They told they had some issues on third floor and mechanics can't fix. Later I read reviews and apparently Aircon is not working on this floor since month. No one warned us. We waited for a fan few hours.

Pros:

Room very nice. Good location. Reasonably clean. Lovely friendly staff but the room had no air con and was sweltering all night. We were given a fan which improved things slightly.

Comfortable
Pros:

It was hottest day on June, Village hotel was what we needed, room was air conditioned and very comfortable. Slept like a baby 😜

Cons:

Rooms were bit bare, no character!

good room, easy parking, good veiws from the 5th floor
Pros:

big car park and clean room, breakfast was ok lifts working all ways good when on the 5th floor, not much sound an good views from the top floor

Cons:

coffee was very bad in the room was not good at all nor able to drink down stairs starbucks was not open and looked to be having a make over, was not made aware of this when booking

Pros:

Nice bar when entering the hotel . Room nice and clean bed comfy .

Cons:

The staff wasnt that helpful. We came on Saturday for my bday and the air con wasnt working in our room . We asked if anything could of been done as it was so hot and they was not helpful . Thry gave my sister and her husband a spare fan but we wasnt even allowed to change rooms cause was non left . I thought £130 for a room with no air con and no help off the staff was alot of money to spend when your not given what you asked for .

Short stay.everything you need.
Pros:

Room spotless. Everywhere was clean.staff friendly especially in the breakfast room nothing was too much trouble.overall a lovely experience.

Lovely hotel, but felt customer service wasnt the main priority, Parking should be free

Rooms were a great size, great location, walking distance into city centre.
