Great location, I had a Club room which had a sea view! It was gorgeous.
The staff were great and there was a nice buzz about the place.
It was quite expensive with hidden extras to pay for like the use of the swimming pool and parking. They weren’t much but just a bit annoying.

Bad parking by some visitors … one car, two spaces
Spacious room and location was good.
Air conditioning wasn't working in the room although the listing clearly says that the rooms are air conditioned. I spoke to the receptionist who was very rude and said that they will try to do a "reset" to make it work but it didn't work and he said nothing else he could do and that there were no other rooms to move us.
Next day I spoke to another receptionist who said that air conditioning isn't working in most of the hotel due to a wider technical issue! So obviously, the other receptionist was lying to us about a "reset".

We were incredibly dissapointed with the rudeness of the front of house desk staff when we arrived. We were not aware of an early check in availability when we had a call 3 days prior to our arrival. We were met with hostility and outright rudeness. Very disappointing.
I want a full refund, the air conditioning was broken and it was 27 degrees in our room..
