Pros:

Location handy to different amenities such as petrol stations supermarkets shopping complex and some restaurants. The continental breakfast they supplied was an awesome spread of different foods and could order a cooked breakfast at an affordable price. Very clean and enjoyed the hot spa pools

Rooms are small, the rooms and floors all need vaccuming, disappointed with breakfast paid $20 per person for a continental breakfast if you wanted bacon and eggs was an extra $16

Great Getaway for my Family!
Pros:

Staff were amazing - so helpful whenever I had questions for them. They were super accommodating for myself & my son. Facilities were great. Parking was super easy. Food from menu was really yummy - Pizza was delicious! I highly recommend ordering a cocktail from the bar - absolutely delicious.

Cons:

Only thing that wasn't super amazing was the bathroom in the room. Shower could do with a good scrub or soak with bleach & the shower head probably needs updating (pressure wasn't the greatest). Otherwise, the rest of the bathroom was perfectly fine!

Comfortable enough, if it wasn't damp in the room we would rate it higher.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a lot of moisture in the room on the window wall. So much so that it was running down the wall and made the carpet at the bottom of the wall wet, prob about at least half a metre from the wall. This means it made my suitcase wet. It also made the curtain and bed linen damp. We told the lady at checkout but she didn't seem to be concerned. I'm concerned it will make the room mouldy. Also needs a fan in the bathroom.

Cons:

I appreciate JetPark Hotels' commitment to sustainability, but hanging towels so close to the toilet doesn't seem hygienic. Toilet flushing can generate droplets and aerosols that may settle on nearby surfaces, including towels. Asking guests to reuse those towels could increase hygiene concerns. It would be better to either replace the towels after each guest or relocate the towel rack away from the toilet area. Sustainability is important, but it should not come at the expense of hygiene and guest confidence.

Air-conditioning controls didn't work that well ... was acceptable given the temperature outside was about +2 degree celcius..
However our room (#12) on the first floor was right above a genset diesel generator on the ground floor - it started at 4am so it took a while to tune out the engine grumble
