Pros:

Frühstück für 7 Euro (nur bar!) war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Leckerer Cappuchino, Corissants, Brötchen, Sreichkäse, Butter und Honig. Man sitzt in einem netten kleinen Garten. Wasser bekommt man jederzeit aus dem Wassersprudler - auch gekühlt.
Die Lage ist gut; in der Nähe von Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Der Bootsanleger ist fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar.

Cons:

Es könnte manchen besser sein, wenn man mehr zahlt und ein teureres Hotel bucht. Zimmer sind klein und es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Aber: Preis-Leistung ist völlig ok.

Couldn’t be better.
Pros:

Beautiful garden in which we enjoy our breakfasts. Comfortable room and extremely clean every day. The location is perfect as well.

Location was excellent, and the staff were first class helpful! Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Close to Ferries and walkable to the historic sites! Had a nice little fridge to keep beverages cold !

Super süßes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Damen an der Rezeption sind super nett und freundlich! Alles war sehr sauber. Man konnte aus einem Wasserspender frisches Wasser raus lassen. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und Kaffee dazu - I love it.
Lage ist super, man kommt über all zu Fuß sehr schnell hin und auch die Station Ca‘ d‘Oro ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, wir sind sehr viel mit dem Wassertaxi gefahren. Frühstück hatten wir keines gebucht, dazu kann ich also nichts sagen. Wie gewöhnlich in Venedig, ist das Zimmer natürlich nicht riesengroß gewesen. Aber wir waren ja sowieso nur zum schlafen da. Alles in der Nähe, viele Restaurants, Shopping, alles was das Herz begehrt.

Pros:

Localisation parfaite dans Venise quartier de Cannareggio nombreux restaurants à proximité (mention spéciale pour le restaurant Piera Alta). Hotel situé dans une rue calme avec une cour entourée de jasmin. Accueil du personnel parfait. Petit dejeuner copieux.

La atención del personal excelente,el desayuno es muy rico y tiene un patio interno muy hermoso

No tiene ascensor por lo que no es conveniente para quienes están embarazadas o gente con movilidad reducida pedir cuartos en la planta superior. El resto todo perfecto
