Pros:

La ubicación, el agua y los cafés y tés de cortesía

Cons:

Que fuera la última planta, al ser ático hacía mucho calor, pero había aire acondicionado. Tampoco nos gustó lo que tardaron (día y medio) en solucionar una incidencia.

Definitely not going back.
Pros:

The location was the only good thing about this.

Cons:

The place has visibly been used and not kept up. Wall painting scratched, wall paper missing by the entrance door (hole), floor under the bed was dusty and there’s leftovers of tape/scotch. no soap for hands, the terrass is absolutely dirty, pigeon shit on the window and on the wood, the hotel staff refused to speak English to me and proceeded in Dutch

The bathroom/toilet does not have a door; it was difficult to close the windows with blinds and curtains cause these are old and do not work properly

Nice and convenient hotel
Pros:

Lovely aesthetic! Great layout of the room. Good kitchen with good amenities for my stay. Great location right in the centre but didn't seem noisy. Easy check-in and checkout.

Cons:

Under the bed was filthy. The TV was broken. The bathroom didn't have a door. The bed was just to singles together. They always came apart in the middle of the night. The sheets weren't fitted. They came off all through the night which ruined my sleep. I'm really surprised a hotel can't just have fitted sheets. The sheets were like hospital bed sheets.

Nur für Partygänger zu empfehlen, für die die Nähe zur Partymeile wichtiger ist als Schlaf.

Leider gab es keine Tür für das Bad, so dass man über einen Spiegel im Flur vom Bett aus alle Aktivitäten im Bad beobachten konnte, ganz abgesehen von der fehlenden Geräusch- und Geruchsabschirmung. Es wurde in der ganzen Woche nicht saubergemacht und es wurde kein Toilettenpapier nachgeliefert, so dass wir uns selbst etwas besorgen missten.
Von der Gasse und einem nahen Platz gab es die ganze Nacht Lärm, der auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören war. Die Klimaanlage brachte nur minimale Wirkung, so dass das Schlafen bei geschlossenen Fenstern ebenfalls unangenehm war.

Ubicación perfecta EXCELENTE atención, siempre respondieron a nuestras preguntas inmediatamente. El departamento tiene cafetera y pava eléctrica. TV. Heladera. Muy recomendable

Cons:

Hay wifi solo a la entrada. Los colchones son muy blandos, pero es algo típico de Holanda.

Gutes Apartment für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gut und zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer verfügt über gute Ausstattung, alles ist sehr sauber gewesen. Check-In verlief ohne Probleme.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten und es gab zwei nur sehr kleine Kissen. Von daher war der Schlafkomfort nicht so gut.

Piccoli accorgimenti potrebbero migliorare la qualità.
Pros:

La posizione ottima anche se per mancanza di condizionatori dovevamo avere la finestra aperta e fino a notte tarda c'era un chiacchiericcio continuo dei passanti.

Cons:

La mancanza di condizionatori, è vero che non erano elencati sulla piattaforma, ma siccome le temperature arrivavano a 38°C sarebbero stati la nostra salvezza.
Manca la porta del bagno, a sorpresa abbiamo scoperto che per avere un po' di privacy l'altra persona doveva uscire dalla camera.

L'emplacement et la tranquillité

Cons:

Nous avons demandé des oreillers supplémentaires pour améliorer le confort de ma femme qui est enceinte. L'hôte nous a simplement répondu que c'était uniquement 2 oreillers par chambre.

Les lits ne sont pas confortables et je n'ai pas l'habitude de me plaindre à ce sujet.

Il a fallu 2 jours pour avoir du papier de toilette supplémentaire

L'ajout d'une petite table pour manger dans la chambre serait intéressant.

Pros:

Ok so I totally missed the hotels communications to me re obtaining ID for key code for door etc, this is 100% on me. I was unaware this was not a staffed hotel. I struggle with these door codes and they give me anxiety . Turned up 9pm in 30 degree heat having travelled, could not get in, again, its my fault for missing the code but even then, its unlikely i would have been able to use the door system. What put me off most though was a picture of a DOG on the door. I am terrified of dogs and wont go near anywhere that has one.

Cons:

Huge beware of the dog sign on door. I wont stay anywhere which has a dog.
