מלון בוטיק נהדר עם בעל בית מקסים.
Pros:

בעל המקום בנימין נחמד מאוד, שירותי. מנסה לעזור בכל דבר.
ארוחת בוקר בהגשה טובה מאוד ומיוחדת.
הזמנו את החדר עם הגקוזי. חדר ענק, נקי מאוד. גקוזי גדול ומפנק.
ממליצים מאוד.

O Hotel é muito bonito parece que estás num quarto de rei,gostei muito tudo com muito bom gosto, pequeno almoço não é buffet mas muito cuidado e bem apresentado,gostei muito.

Cons:

Não tenho muito ou nada a apontar tem parking o acesso é um pouquinho mais complicado fica numa rua sem saída mas mal sais daí está logo no centro da cidade que quer dizer muito comercio, trânsito e confusão mas faz parte.

חשוב לשים לב שנכנסים לחניה מהכביש הראשי אין שילוט. יש חניה בשפע.

מלון מפנק , מיקום מעולה.. בעל מלון אדיב ונחמד מאוד.
Pros:

חדרים גדולים מעוצבים באופן מרשים.. מקרר בחדר ובקבוקי מים מטעם המלון. בעל המלון היה אדיב וסייע בכל מה שביקשנו.. הרגשנו שקיבלנו יחס VIP. כשביקשנו ארוחת בוקר לקחת , במקום לאכול במקום...קיבלנו ארוחה ארוזה נדיבה מאוד

המעלית מפחידה.. לוקח מלא זמן עד שמגיבה , מי שפוחד ממקומות סגורים שלא ייכנס למעלית. המעלית מגיעה עד קומת הקבלה ואחר כך צריך להעלות את המזוודות ברגל... אם כי הצוות מסייע בחפץ לב.

Really comfortable new hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff and owner
Pros:

This is an excellent new hotel, quietly located with very large and very comfortable rooms
Everything is meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean and works correctly
The beds are large and comfortable, the shower is powerful and the air conditioning is very effective despite the large rooms
Most importantly the staff and owner really care about making sure that their customers' stay is enjoyable. We had a misunderstanding about the breakfast and the owner was incredibly gracious and reassuring. In fact, the mistake was entirely ours but the owner was too polite and friendly to point this out
We can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a welcoming and comfortable hotel with parking in Shkoder

Cons:

To avoid the mistake that we made, it is worth pointing out that breakfast is not a buffet selection. However, it consists of a series of course that are brought out separately that includes a croissant, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and, finally, a platter of fresh fruit and yoghurt. The amount is plentiful and all of the ingredients are fresh and tasty

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel owner was very hospitable. We only stayed one night but he really cares about his guests. The breakfast was fantastic, we couldn't finish it all as we were so full and felt so bad as the food was so great. The location is great to walk to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The room was very comfortable and clean, I loved the jacuzzi it was very relaxing. The owner even brought us extra water bottles to our car as we were leaving, it was a very hot day. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated it.

Όλα ήταν φανταστικά.Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο οι εγκαταστάσεις πάρα πολύ καλές.Ολοι ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί!!!

Complete stay, we felt at home and we want to come back some time in the near future:)

We were very well received by the host and staff. Nothing that could have been any better in my opinion, and I think
many people will agree on this. Cleanliness and hospitality on another level, very humble people.
