Surpassed our expectations. Thanks!
Pros:

We felt so welcome at Ervini. They were always asking what we needed and looking to satisfy us. Breakfast was served at tables, and was fresh and satisfying. Great fresh fruit with breakfast! It's removed from the main road so was very quiet. Excellent big jacuzzi/spa tub and nice shower.

Cons:

For us, no problem but the elevator only goes to the 1st floor so if you are staying on the 2nd floor you will need to walk upstairs.

Perfect
Pros:

We Gad a wonderfull stay in this hôtel.We spent 5 nights and had a very good time in Skoder and around
The owner is very nice and pleasant and help full.
The rooms are very clean and breakfast is hughe !
Very well located.we visited the Town without the car. I highly recommand this hôtel

Cons:

May be one thing:put some little suede unfer the footchairs in the breakfast room.

לפני הכל ,זה בעל המלון .אדם יקר ,אוהד ישראל בשם בנג׳מין. עשה הכל, אבל הכל כדי שיהיה לנו נוח ונעים. קיבלנו חדר גדול ומרווח הכל היה נקי ומצוחצח. בנג׳מין שידרג אותנו לחדר מרווח וגדול ללא תוספת כספית . ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת ביותר ,זה לא בופה ,הכל מוגש לשולחן ברמה גבוהה ביותר. ומי שמגיש הוא בנז׳מין בעצמו. תראו לי עוד מקומות שבעל המלון עובד כמלצר.תמיד מחייך ורק רוצה לפנק עוד ועוד.
יישר כוח אדם נדיר!!!!

לא היה משהו אחד שלא אהבנו. הכל היה מושלם!!

Pros:

Es gab‘ einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hotelmanager. Das Zimmer war tiptop.

Cons:

Neben dem Hotelmanager gab es zu bestimmten Stunden noch eine Rezeptionistin. Die hat die Freundlichkeit nicht erfunden.

Sensacional, se gor para Albânia e passar por Shkoder, visite o Beni!

De tudo! O dono, Beni, é um exemplo de simpatia e gentileza, as instalações são impecáveis e o café da manhã incrível. Foi uma surpresa enorme, pois era para ser apenas uma parada para descanso e tornou-se uma recordação. O restaurante indicado, Illyria, foi muito legal.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und umgehend mit Kaffee und Wasser versorgt. Das ganze Hotel war sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Lage war für uns top. Auch das Gratisparken direkt vor dem Hotel haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Angefangen mit einem Früchteteller top frisch, Kirschen und Erdbeeren separat dazu. Aus der Küche wurde alles frisch nach Wunsch serviert und die Säfte und der aromatische Kaffee haben das Ganze abgerundet. Für diese gelebte Gastfreundschaft danken wir dem Chef und seinem Team ganz herzlich.

Alles was den Hozelbetrieb betrifft ist absolut Spitze (10)

In det heutigen, aufgeklärten Zeit muss auch das Tierwohl seinen Platz in einem Hotelbetrieb haben. Es geht nicht an, dass ein tropischer Kleinvogel ALLEINE und zu dem in einem VIEL ZU KLEINEN Käfig (ca. 30x20x40 cm) gehalten wird (der Käfig befindet sich im Frühstücksraum).

מלון חמישה כוכבים עם ארבעה בלבד כי אין לו בריכה. קיבלנו חדר מעוצב מדהים בגודל של דירה. נוח ברמות. במיקום נפלא. ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת אישית לשולחן. ובני.. הבעלים. אי אפשר לתאר את רמת האיכפתיות והשרותיות שלו. אחד המלונות היותר טובים שהיינו בהם אי פעם
