Pros:

Расположение. Рядом с каскадом, но при этом в тихом месте, во внутреннем дворике. Спать мешали только кричащие на улице коты) В номере есть все необходимое.

Cons:

Номер очень миниатюрный. Мансардный. На 3 этаже без лифта. На фото номер выглядит больше. Кровать тоже не очень широкая. Номер для молодежи)

Not a good value
Pros:

The location is ideal, very close to the cascades. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is a little garden and community nook which is very nice. Walking distance to many fine restaurants and metro stops.

Cons:

I was on the 3rd floor and even though there is a a/c unit, it was not strong enough to combat the Summer heat. As well, the window was cracked open when I entered the room, shat vat.

Also, the stairwell echoed into my bedroom. Bring earplugs.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Yereván, cerca de los principales lugares de interés, restaurantes y cafeterías. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante mi estancia. En general, una experiencia muy agradable y un hotel totalmente recomendable para visitar Yereván.

The sound insulation in the room is terrible. You can hear all the noise and people talking outside. Whenever someone takes a shower, or even when people are simply talking in the hotel or at the reception, you can hear everything. It’s really bad for sleeping and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This hotel has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and no breakfast. The value for money is not there.
