É horrível não ter mensageiro, ninguém pra ajudar com as malas, nenhum serviço de quarto, precisei de um cobertor tem que descer pra buscar, só pensar em dinheiro o estacionamento é do hotel mesmo assim é cobrado a parte e nem coberto é. Não dividir o valor no crédito.

Cons:

Restaurante fechado para almoço e janta, desmagnetização precoce da chave de acesso para o quarto, falta de alternativa relacionada ao café da manhã para quem precisa sair antes do início do mesmo (foi sugerida uma pequena marmita feita no dia anterior ou desconto na estadia, mas foi recusado). Foi combinado que o restaurante seria aberto às 5 h - 5:15 h para separar um breve lanche para as crianças, mas neste horário ainda não havia chegado nenhuma funcionária da cozinha.
