Enjoyed overall experience.
Pros:

The location is the best part. We used the amenities which were quite well maintained. The staff is very kind and soft spoken. Everyone was very helpful. We appreciate the hotel helping us in celebrating my husband’s bit.

Cons:

Few things we didn’t like, one of the rooms we were given had very bad smell and the room was changed & the new room also had the smell of sewage.
The hotel staff knew about it but still gave us the room in same area. Buffet option were quite similar everyday. Some of the items were stale. The hot food was not being served hot. It can definitely be improved. But various options of different cuisine.

The staff were friendly and welcoming from the time I arrived till the time I left.
Staff member Ploy helped me during check in and she ensured I had everything I needed. Assisted me with my baby and was smiling the entire time.
