تجربتي في هذا المنتجع لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. للأسف كان تعامل الموظفين غير متعاون، ولم أشعر بالترحيب أو الاهتمام المطلوب. أسلوب بعض العاملين كان غير مناسب، وطريقة التعامل لم تكن احترافية، مما أثر بشكل كبير على تجربتي وإقامتي. أتمنى من إدارة المنتجع مراجعة مستوى خدمة العملاء وتدريب الموظفين بشكل أفضل لتحسين تجربة الضيوف مستقبلًا

the family room was spacious, clean and ok. the pool was ok, the food was ok but expensive. the spa was nice. small kids club with limited activities, but staff were great and flexible with activity timings.

Cons:

the planned activities for the pool only happen if you book in the day before, so actually you couldn't just turn up for an activity which took away the relaxed feeling. the pool staff were not doing anything else! they could have done the activity, it seemed like they just didn't want to.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable with a view of the ocean which was lovely. The breakfast spread was amazing with lots of delicious options to choose from. Staff at the hotel were so kind - such great hospitality! Highly recommend.

Cons:

A few mosquitoes in the gym and the equipment at the gym could do with an upgrade.
