The hotel is beautiful, and the lobby is wonderful with a lovely view of the sea. However, the facilities and furniture are a little outdated and could use some renovation.
الفندق يقع على مرتفع كبير، وبالفعل تتوفر خدمة توصيل إلى الأسفل، ولكنه معزول بعض الشيء عن المناطق المحيطة. كذلك لا يوجد مصعد للوصول إلى الغرف، لذلك يجب عليك الصعود والنزول مشيًا، وقد يكون ذلك متعبًا بعض الشيء.

The hotel is located on a steep hill, and there is indeed a shuttle service available to take guests down. However, the hotel is somewhat isolated from the surrounding areas. There is also no elevator to access the rooms, so you have to walk up and down, which can be a little hard.
The bed was not very comfortable for me, possibly because the furniture is a little dated.
The location.
For context, I originally booked a 1-night stay and later modified the reservation to 2 nights through Booking.com. However, only the original 1-night amount was precharged, and the additional THB 4,510.60 for the second night was not collected due to an error acknowledged by Booking.com. Booking.com later contacted me and instructed me to pay this outstanding amount directly to the hotel, which led to the confusing and contradictory situation described below.
Before my arrival, the hotel initially told me that they could not accept this additional payment directly and that Booking.com had to settle it with them, even warning that I might not be allowed to check in if the payment was not completed. Later, the hotel changed its position and agreed to collect THB 4,510.60 from me at check-in, which I paid at around 1 PM. However, at around 6 PM the same day, Booking.com charged me the exact same amount again. I immediately informed the hotel about the duplicate payment, but received no response during my stay; only after I checked out did they reply and tell me to contact Booking.com myself for the refund.
To show exactly how the hotel handled the situation, I am quoting their message to me verbatim below:
"We fully understand the situation; however, according to the booking conditions, the payment must be settled by Booking.com directly with the hotel. The hotel is unable to accept the outstanding payment directly from the guest for this reservation.
We kindly ask you to contact Booking.com and request them to complete the payment to the hotel before your arrival.
Please be advised that if the payment from Booking.com is not completed before check-in, we will be unable to allow the check-in under this reservation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding. We recommend contacting Booking.com as soon as possible to avoid any issues upon arrival."

Nice location
One of the pools was closed and bar service was slow.
Also, we booked for a family of 4, then got charged extra for an additional bed - which was misleading.
Wow..everything was just awwesome
