L'emplacement est idéal à Patong, le personnel est très bienveillant souriant et gentil

Cons:

Les infrastructures sont un peu vétustes pour un Novotel classé 4*

Ideal as a base and the odd easy day in between excursions.
Pros:

Location was great, and the 3 pools were a nice touch though the top pool was out of action due to maintenance taking place.

Cons:

Lack of storage spaces in rooms for guests who want to unpack for their two week stay and not live out of suitcases.

Kids activities were very limited.

In places the furniture was looking a little tired but with it being such a vast space we appreciate the maintenance must be a challenge.

Breakfast was amazing and they are all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed it very much wanted to stay longer.
Pros:

They drive you up to your hotel and up and down to entrance so you dont need to walk the hills.

Cons:

Should be able to use the pools later at night. Come back from trip tired and hot and can only swim until 7.

موقعه بداية شاطي الباتونق بعيد عن ازعاج شاطئ البنقلا. الموظفين رائعين. الافطار كان افضل إفطار في بوكيت مع اني سكنت في افخم الفنادق والمنتجعات في بوكيت. حيث يتم كتابه لكل صنف اذا حلال او لا وتنوع الأصناف. مناسب جدا للعوائل.

Cons:

فقط القروبات السياحيه وخاصه من جنسيه معروفه لوماشي زحمه يسابقونك على الفطور كأنه اخر قطعه!
