I really enjoyed at stay at VIKI Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast is very nice, and the location is very good for getting to the City. Reception is always available; big thanks to Tamerlan, who always helps and listens to what customers need.

Cons:

Lift could be better, very old

Güzel rahat guvende hissettiriyor
Pros:

Çalışanları özellikle Ayhan bey bizimle çok ilgilendi. Diğer mutfak çalışanları da gayet temiz düzenli ve guleryuzluydu bi daha geldiğimde kalmak isterim.

Nettes Personal, leider dreckig, Lage ist ok. Würde nicht nochmal buchen.

Cons:

Wir hatten so ein unglaublich dreckiges Zimmer, dass wir uns am Empfang beschwert haben. Es ging gar nicht. Jetzt mal abgesehen davon, dass alle Duschen in diesem Hotel schimmeln (wir durften netterweise mehrere Zimmer anschauen bevor wir das Zimmer wechselten). Im gebuchten Zimmer waren große (Blut?) Flecken auf dem Boden, die Ecken waren dreckig, die Toilette nicht geputzt und die Wasserhahn im Bad war sehr locker. Auf dem Bett waren teils Haare, hinter dem Bett lag noch ein Teil einer kaputten Brille? Es wurde offensichtlich nicht geputzt.
Der Service am Empfang war super nett und gab uns direkt ein anderes Zimmer.
Das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer war günstig, allerdings kann man erwarten, dass es zumindest sauber ist. Dass das Zimmer, die Einrichtung etwas älter ist, ist kein Problem, aber es war einfach schmutzig.

Das neue Zimmer war zwar grundsätzlich sauber, aber hier war die Dusche auch leicht am schimmeln und ein paar Dinge waren kaputt (eine Steckdose fiel aus der Wand, bereits zerbrochene Kleiderbügel an der Garderobe etc.). Das Shampoo was in der Dusche hing war auch einfach nur Seife in einer Flasche. In den anderen Zimmern stand immer was anderes: manchmal hing zweimal “Shampoo” in der Dusche und manchmal zweimal “Duschgel”, es war aber überall das gleiche drin, denn die Seife am Waschbecken war auch das gleiche Produkt.

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen, aber der Service war wenigstens lieb.

Pros:

Hotel Viki is a solid choice for a city break. The biggest plus is the location: it's only a 10-minute walk to Mariahilfer Straße, which is packed with shops, cafes, and all the amenities you could need. The U-Bahn station is also close by, making it easy to reach the city center . The room was clean and comfortable , and the staff were friendly and helpful . It's a basic, no-frills hotel , but for the price and location, it's an excellent option for travelers.
