Pros:

朝早くに荷物を預けに行ったところ、チェックイン時間前にもかかわらず部屋を用意してくださり大変助かりました。
部屋の準備を待つ間に珈琲もご馳走になり、大変美味しかったです！
私は英語もドイツ語もほとんど話せませんが、受付の男性はGoogle翻訳を使ってコミュニケーションを取って下さり、大変ありがたかったです。

部屋には冷蔵庫がありませんが、ケトルやティーカップは用意されています。シャワーもトイレも問題なく使うことができ、とても清潔な部屋でした。
他の方のレビューでタオル交換が有料だと聞いていたので、滞在中は私物のタオルを使っていました。
日中はほとんど観光で出かけていて、ホテルでは寝るだけでしたので、私にとっては充分すぎるホテルでした。
ホテルの最寄り駅「Gumpendorfer Straße」はウィーン西駅までひと駅程度でウィーン中心部へのアクセスがよく、観光にとても便利でした。
夜遅くに思い立ってホテルザッハーにケーキを食べに行ったり(ホテルから30分程度)、とても充実した旅行になりました！

Cons:

ドアの下に隙間があり、廊下で話している人がいると声がよく聞こえますが、遅くまでうるさくて困るということはありませんでした。

Tömegközlekedés 2percre. Kényelmes ágyak.
Mosolygós személyzet. Reggeli bőséges.

Cons:

Lehetett volna reggelire egy pár gyümölcs. Egy álló tükör jó lett volna.
Csak a fürdőben volt azt is székről értük el (162cm)..

Die Lage zum Raimund Theater war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ca. 5min

Cons:

Sehr unsauber,kaputte Steckdosen im Badezimmer. Das Bettlacken mit Löcher und verdreckt. Die Wände im Zimmer bräuchten einen neuen Anstrich. Haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Waren dort nur für eine Nacht

guter Rückzugsort am Puls der Stadt.
Pros:

Zwei Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station, mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem mit einem Zimmer in den Hof erstaunlich ruhig. Das Bett bequem und gut.
