Pěkné prostředí uprostřed parku. Čisté a moderní pokoje. Dostačující výběr jídel v all inclusive, každý si najde svoje. Pěkný venkovní vyhřívaný bazén i vnitřní termální. Obsluha v restauraci velmi ochotná, profesionální a příjemná. Možnost zapůjčení elektro kol a koloběžek, bohužel jen možnost na 2h nebo 12h, nic mezi. Možnost parkování přímo před hotelem, když chytnete místo..

Cons:

Vnitřní welness dost malé, jedna malá vyrivka, 3 velmi malé sauny a prostředí uz má své nejlepší roky za sebou.. výběr nápojů v all inclusive nic moc. Káva se nedala pít. Obsluha v lobby baru většinou nepříjemná, nedá se srovnat s restauraci.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Viel Platz an der Liegewiese beim großen außer Pool.
Gute ruhige Lage,der See ist Fußläufig erreichbar.
Am Abend angenehme live Musik in der Bar.
Alles in allem war es in Ordnung da wir schönes Wetter hatten konnten wir die Sonne draußen genießen.

Cons:

Die Ruhe Plätze nach Sauna und Dampfbad in Innenbereich eher knapp und ein wenig Lieblos .Wir waren unter der Woche Montag bis Mittwoch und es war sehr viel los.Teilweise keine Liegen in Innenbereich frei.
Die Kabinen wie Infrarot oder Aroma Sauna nur für 2 Personen,Finnische Sauna auch eher klein .Max 5 Personen.
Wir hatten All Inklusive,aber nicht Mal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer zur Verfügung.Man muss immer eine eigene Flasche an der Bar auffüllen bevor man ins Zimmer schlafen geht.Eine einzige Wasserspender im Wellnessbereich,ich hab nirgendwo sonst eins gesehen.In der Minibar war nicht Mal das Wasser kostenlos. Abend waren Bier und Wein und Antialkoholischer Getränke inclusive aber
alles andere wie Aperol Spritz, Cocktails usw.zu bezahlen. Wobei es bei einigen Hotels so ist.
Das Essen war in Ordnung ,aber nicht hervorragend.
Es gab kein Vollkornbrot,habe aber nicht danach gefragt.
Der sogenannte Fitnessraum ist sehr klein und nicht für alle Bedürfnisse ausgerichtet.Zb keine richtige
Kurzhanteln nur mit Sand gefüllte "Säcke" mit Griffe, kein Wasserspender oder Platz für eine Jogamatte.

Программа «все включено» отлично вписалась в наш отдых, напитки в баре, вино, безалкогольное пиво, соки, все было. Еда тоже была вкусная и разнообразная.

Cons:

Джакузи и сауна только до 20:00, по факту в 19:30 персонал был очень удивлен, что мы пришли, и в 19:50 нам напомнили, что они работают только до 20:00. В джакузи очень мало массажных элементов, да еще и не все работают.

Очень чистая гостиница, номер очень просторный и удобный. Завтрак и ужин без изысков, но вкусные.

Cons:

Не совсем понял почему нет такой элементарной услуги как утюг в комнате. Вместо это необходимо использовать сервис глажки гостиницы и платить за это деньги.
