Pros:

The location.
The room area.
The breakfast restaurant staff and the breakfast as well.

Cons:

Maintenance works ongoing, and nobody informed us about it.
There was maintenance works on the beach with workers allover the place and they left many debris on the beach even till the next day including wires that nearly injured some of the kids!
Construction and demolition works on the roof with jack hammers hammering into our heads during the day!
The room was described as King size bed, Single bed up to 3 persons, while the single bed wasn't available, the reception clerk Mostafa denied the description, then when I showed him the website he mentioned that the comma means OR!!, while I heard fighting with the housekeeping for moving the single bed to another room without informing him, he still denied the matter then informed that he will arrange the single bed for the next which didn't happen, absolutely unprofessional individual.
The boats blocking the sea view and you can smell the excessive exhaust in the sea since it's a closed small bay!
The restaurant directly on the sea run by the hotel due to the wind drops water bottles, cans and any light material into the sea!
The pillows and the mattress wasn't comfortable at all!
The balcony handrail glass profile is like a sharp-edged knife completely unsafe!

بجد المكان تحفه والاستقبال كان كويس جداً وانا مكنتش متخيل أن المكان هيبقي كده بس بجد تحفه وكل الاصطفةاللي هناك محترم جداً ومفيش حد أثر معانا في حاجه، وطبعاً مش هنسي الشيف، الشيف محترم جداً وخلوق وطبعاً الاصطف اللي معاه محترمين جداً وأحب اشكر نوراهان علي الاستقبال بتاعها الجميل و بجد شكراً لكل اللي موجودين هناك..،

Номера со стороны проезжей части ужасно шумные , напротив ведутся строительные работы. Невозможно спать и просто находиться в номере от шума !!!

Lo staff era gentile ma non attento agli ospiti. Se fai una richiesta è disponibile ma loro non si preoccupano degli ospiti

Cons:

La stanza era pessima. Gli standard di pulizia tremendi, tende e lenzuola con segni di bruciature e macchie, una coperta polverosa, asciugamani vecchie. Il bagno era sporco e vecchio, il letto sfondato. Il servizio di pulizia è solo su richiesta. Anche la parte della spiaggia presentava lettini vecchi e asciugamani lise. Il wifi funziona solo in reception. Non lo consiglierei considerando che comunque il prezzo è alto per la qualità e i servizi offerti.

Genel olarak her şeyi güzeldi memnun kaldık. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli.

İnternetin odalarda değil sadece resepsiyon kısmında olması çok garip ve saçma geldi.
