Pros:

Останавливались в номере люкс и стандарт. Остались очень довольны! Номер просторный, уютный, чистый и комфортный. Интерьер красивый, всё продумано до мелочей. Особенно порадовали удобная кровать, приятная атмосфера и внимательное отношение персонала. Отличное место для комфортного отдыха!
В спа и бассейн не попали из-за нашего загруженного графика

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they spoke very good English. We thank Dora, she was responding all our requests and questions.
The room was clean and breakfast modest and good.
The hotel is 15min to Registan square.

Very tired overpriced hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite diverse enough and tasty. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. For example, we bought a watermelon at a local market, but we didn't have any dishes and a knife - so the staff kindly provided us all we asked for.

Cons:

It was the most expensive and the most disappointing hotel during the whole our trip across Uzbekistan. Unfortunately the negative reviews appeared to be true. The hotel definitely requires renovation: the furniture is in stains, the wooden floors in the rooms are damaged with some floods, amenities are less than basic. Even in the room they called "De lux" we did not find paper tissues - I always thought it was a basic thing of any hotel above 2 stars in any room type. The towels and bed sheets are very old. And the worst thing: the breakfast hall is located on the 4th floor, but the elevator did not work during all our stay - so one of our senior members of the family had to climb there every day from the first floor where the room was located. Definitely overpriced hotel, not recommend.

The location, and rooms here are good. The staffs were very helpful with calling for taxi etc.
the breakfast was plentiful and good selection.

Cons:

The wifi didn’t really work for us in the rooms, only in the main areas.
There is a good size fridge in the room but sadly it was not working - we got 2 rooms and fridges in both rooms were not working.

Really nice hotel
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great and staff was nice and helpful

Cons:

I did not like much the area. It wasn't very lively and not many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

Buena estancia en Samarcanda, muy cerca de todo lo bueno de la ciudad
Pros:

Fue una buena experiencia muy cerca de la plaza del Registan, las instalaciones del spa era muy buenas y el desayuno fue óptimo. Tuvo una buena relación de calidad precio.

Cons:

Lo limitado del tiempo para poder usar el spa. Reducirlo a una hora desmerece la experiencia de relax del mismo.
