Great place to stay !
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. The terrasse view is super nice. 

The room was absolutely amazing, clean and calm. 

A big thanks to Aziza and Mr. Bobur for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. They were very helpful and always available to assist us, whether with recommendations for visits, information about the hotel facilities, the delicious breakfast, or the spa.

Everything exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend staying there!

Necesita algunas mejoras.
Pros:

Tengo que destacar la atención recibida por la señorita Aziza que siempre ha estado atenta y profesional , nos consiguió un coche con chófer para visitar la ciudad de Tamerlán y siempre fue amable.
También quiero destacar el spa que usamos todos los días durante una hora para nosotros solos. Consta de piscina, hamman, sauna y jacuzzi aunque no funciona. También puedes poner música y te facilitan las toallas y albornoces. Todo esto gratuito para los huéspedes del hotel.
La ubicación aunque no está muy lejos de los monumentos, siempre íbamos en Yandex.

Cons:

El hotel tiene serias deficiencias que podrían ser subsanables fácilmente :
Cama muy dura, como una tabla y las sábanas y toallas requieren un cambio pues están bastante amarillas y gastadas. Las almohadas eran ridículamente pequeñas y viejas, las sábanas además de viejas eran cortas y no cubrían el colchón, los edredones muy arrugados, parecían usados.
El personal, excepto Aziza, son antipáticos y con actitud poco profesional, especialmente los del Spa.

El desayuno con muchas cosas poco interesantes y mucho dulce industrial, hacer un café era una odisea matinal.

La terraza la tienen desatendida

Una noche y una tarde, por motivos de una tormenta, se fue la luz y encendieron un generador enorme en la calle que hacía un ruido descomunal que por supuesto nos impidió dormir.

Pedimos cambio de habitación a una interior y el empleado de la recepción que había en ese momento nos dijo que no era posible.

Pros:

Çalışanlar cok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar temizdi ve cok ferahtı. Otelin konumu merkeze yürüyerek 10 dk. Erken check in yapmamıza izin verildi ve odamız upgrade edildi.

Pros:

La posizione a 15 minuti dal Registan e 10 dal mausoleo del Tamerlano.
La gentilezza dello staff.
La camera ampia e spaziosa.
Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare transfer da Tashkent a Samarcanda perché abbiamo perso il treno per annullamento volo e non ci hanno addebitato la notte che avevamo prenotato e di cui non abbiamo fruito.
Un particolare grazie alla ragazza in reception di giorno. Fantastica

Bon emplacement pas loin du registan, chambres confortables.
Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui était au petit soin, en particulier Aziza qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour les réservations de trains et nous a donné des recommandations et conseils pour visiter la ville. Nous la remercions

Pros:

Otelin konumu Registan Meydanına ve Siob Pazara’a yürüme 15 dakika uzaklıkta. Odalar çok temiz. Kahvaltı; açık büfe şeklinde, çeşitliliği çok yeterli ve yiyecekler lezzetliydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve ilgililerdi. Tekrar her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Excellent place to stay in Samarkand.
Pros:

A very comfortable place to stay with good rooms, good shower, and a good breakfast. The service from the staff is excellent. The swimming pool is great. No complaints.

Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire, hôtel à 15 minutes des points d’intérêts principaux, petit supermarché au pied de l’hôtel

Cons:

Hôtel un peu vieillissant notamment l’espace spa / piscine avec le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas et le hammam qui sent le renfermé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner presque vide si vous arrivez tard et globalement pas incroyable.
