Schönes Zimmerupgrade, aber Verbesserungspotenzial beim Frühstück und Komfort
Pros:

Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben. Das Sofa in unserer Suite war nicht wirklich sauber, wies deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf und hätte eine gründliche Polsterreinigung nötig.

Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Als wir um 9 Uhr zum Buffet kamen, war dieses bereits fast leer und wurde leider nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Zudem war der Kaffee geschmacklich überhaupt nicht überzeugend.

Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war der Lift, auf den wir jedes Mal sehr lange warten mussten.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, allerdings gibt es insbesondere beim Frühstück und bei der Sauberkeit der Möbel noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Excellent séjour , mais literie à revoir absolument .
