Disappointing
Pros:

Storage room to leave luggage after check out.

Cons:

Below expectations. No place to put your belongings, we had to keep them in our suitcases. The same in the bathroom - nothing to place your toiletries. In bathroom despite good size - very small sink installed. Difficult to use it without spilling water on the floor. Apartment just 2 meters from pavement - we needed to sleep with sound stoppers.

Insgesamt ist die Lage praktisch und das Personal freundlich, jedoch haben Lärm, Zimmerlage und Ausstattung den Aufentha
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment-Hotel in Kopenhagen hatte einige positive, aber auch deutliche negative Aspekte.
Das Personal war ausschließlich telefonisch erreichbar, jedoch stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass Anliegen schnell geklärt werden konnten. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut: Die Innenstadt ist mit der U-Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Dadurch ist man schnell im Zentrum und trotzdem etwas außerhalb des Trubels.

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt stark durch Lärm beeinträchtigt. Direkt vor dem Hotel und unserem Zimmer befand sich eine große Baustelle, auf der bereits ab 6:30 Uhr morgens bis in den Abend hinein sehr laute Bauarbeiten stattfanden. Trotz ausdrücklichem Wunsch bei der Buchung nach einem ruhigen Zimmer erhielten wir ein sehr lautes Zimmer direkt neben der Haupteingangstür. Diese schlug regelmäßig laut zu, und direkt vor dem Fenster verlief ein Gehweg mit vielen Passanten, was zusätzliche Unruhe verursachte. Auch die Ausstattung des Apartments war nicht optimal: Im Badezimmer gab es kaum Ablageflächen, das Waschbecken war sehr klein, und im Schlafzimmer fehlten Schränke oder andere Stauraummöglichkeiten. Das Bett war zudem bereits deutlich durchgelegen und nicht sehr komfortabel.

Pros:

Super Lage! Zwar etwas außerhalb, aber durch die Metrostation Oresund alles auf kurzen Wegen erreichbar.
Wir hatten den City Pass Small - perfekt!
Der Kontakt per Mail lief reibungslos - wir konnten nach telefonischem Kontakt sogar auf unseren Wunsch ohne Probleme das Appartement tauschen ein Stockwerk höher, um nachts das Fenster öffnen zu können.
Check in perfekt gelöst durch digitalen Türkise.

Cons:

Das Appartement Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße - für uns war das in Ordnung, wer lärmempfindlich ist, könnte sich dadurch evtl gestört fühlen.

Все дуже зручно! Все на вищому рівні! Додаткові сервіси зберігання речей, доступу до загальної вбиральні. Навіть якщо ви не змогли заселятись, можете залишити речі та навіть прийняти душ.

Cons:

Було передбачено відпочинок з відкритою терасою. Але не було сенсу в номері з терасою, яка виходить на будівництво.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit guter Lage am Strand zwischen City und Flughafen
Pros:

Gute Lage in strandnähe zwischen innenstadt und Flughafen. Metro gut erreichbar mit hoher Taktung.
Appartment hat auch eine Spülmaschine.

Cons:

Das Appartment ist super; hilfreich wäre noch ein Sitzkissen für die Stufe zwischen Bett und Küche. Desweiteren noch ein kleiner Beistelltisch neben dem Sessel bzw unter dem Fernseher.
Baustellenlärm war ok.

Pros:

Our stay at Flora was very comfortable and pleasant. First are the people from the staff: very friendly and helpful, although everything is digital (which is a big plus), you get all the updates about your room in advance, our small request was answered and solved immediately. I would like to thank each person from the supporting personnel. The rooms are very nice and clean, equipped with everything you need for a comfort stay. The location is perfect if you want to feel the vibe of a modern local residential area. It’s a big plus to see the city not only like a tourist. The beachfront is in 2 min walking distance, the metro station is in 10 min walking distance (couple of stops to the city center, as well as to the airport- perfect match), with a really nice cafe for a breakfast nearby. There is an option to leave your luggage in lockers in special room even equipped with a shower and a toilet, very helpful if you leave late.

Verder een absolute aanrader!!
Pros:

Super schoon en een hele goede ingerichte keuken. Alles was goed en ruim aanwezig.

Cons:

Wat niet beviel aan de accommodatie is de slaapbank, ik had geboekt voor 4 personen en dit appartement toegewezen gekregen. Echter 2 volwassen personen passen onmogelijk op de slaapbank. Helaas dus weinig tot niet kunnen slapen.

Fantastic stay and exceptional customer service!
Pros:

I booked the Flora Apartment Hotel just 12 hours before my flight to Denmark, after cancelling another hotel due to extremely rude staff. Traveling with a 10-month-old baby, I had a lot of questions. I messaged the team well after midnight, and they replied within minutes—incredibly kind and helpful! Although there is no reception on-site, the digital check-in instructions were clear, and the team responds instantly if you need anything. The
room was clean, very well-equipped, and had a lovely terrace. Because we stayed for 6 nights, it felt a little tight with the baby cot and high chair, but that was our fault for booking so last-minute. For longer stays, they offer larger apartments, which we will definitely choose next time!

The location is also excellent. Shops and supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away, there are great brunch spots nearby, and the metro station is close by.

I highly recommend Flora Apartment Hotel and would definitely stay here again!
