A great place at a great price.
Pros:

A wonderful comfortable stay at a very good price by local standards. The studio room was perfectly comfortable for one person and the kitchenette had almost everything I needed. The staff was very quick to respond to a few small issues I had. The location also felt perfect -- suburban enough to be peaceful, but close to a metro station and only a short trip to the city center.

Cons:

The construction across the street was not too disruptive, but I was surprised that it started as early as it did. I believe the current booking indicates construction during normal working hours, but given people may be traveling from countries with different standards, it might be helpful to put an approximate timeline on that.

I would also have loved a few bigger mugs in the kitchenette!

Only one night but one night too many.
Pros:

When contacting the property before arrival they responded very quickly. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The location is very far from anything. The room was way too hot. 25.5 degrees in the room. That’s hotter than outside and really no windows. We had to sleep with the outside door open and we were on the ground floor. We booked the room because it had a terrace that we could sit out on after we put our baby to bed. But we couldn’t sit out on it because of the construction next door. It wasn’t nice to look at but more so the crane was up and blowing around over our heads in the wind, which made us uncomfortable. The construction started loudly at 730am. The crib fell on one side in the night. The stairs in the apartment were hazardous, even for adults in the night.

Pros:

The location, close to the sea

Cons:

We booked something based on pictures and got a different room. Especially the bathroom, there was no place to put some stuff. And also the living and cooking area looks totally different then in room type selected.

Clean apartments at great location
Pros:

Location was great. It was near the beach and supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host was kind enough to give us earlier checkin because we had baby with us. Apartment was clean, and had everything we needed for the stay. There was luggage storage we could use before checkin. Communication was smooth.

Cons:

The apartment we booked was not given. What we got was smaller studio than what we booked. It was issue because we had newly crawling baby and she wanted to explore. There was TV, but it was unusable because there was no remote control (or it was well hidden).

Pros:

Best kitchen I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Well equipped and complete with quality equipment. Perfect for travelers who want to self cater. Located a bit far from the touristy areas but the subway station is 10ish minutes away by foot (also direct train to/from airport). Also near the beach and near a staffed playground

Pros:

Nice location just on metro away from the airport and the city center. Auto check in and out is quite nice, staff was also very fas when we requested a crib and high chair for the baby.

Cons:

Fridge was not working properly. There’s a construction in front of the hotel, didn’t bother us but might be nice to be informed.

Pros:

Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie, dostępna 24/7, do tego apartament był świetnie wyposażony: żelazko, wszystkie naczynia i akcesoria kuchenne, czajnik, ekspres, zmywarka, duży i wygodny zlew, nawet odkurzacz. Bardzo ucieszyła nas duża liczba kapsułek do ekspresu, z czego chętnie korzystaliśmy :)
Wygodne bezosobowe zameldowanie i wejście za pomocą kodu. Dobre Wi-fi, wygodne duże łóżko i nowoczesny TV.
Super lokalizacja. Polecam!

Cons:

Wszystko się podobało, hotel całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Z nieznaczących rzeczy brakowało nam dużych kubków do picia herbaty :), większej umywalki w łazience, osobnego światła do malowania przy lustrze i gniazdka po drugiej stronie łóżka. Ale to są drobiazgi przy tych udogodnieniach, które były :)
