Pros:

Staff was inflexible when we stayed just a few hours. Would not give us the option of breakfast despite the fact it was paid for

To go for the toilet the door is conjusted and while go to the toilet entrance is difficult. In bathroom also the same condition.

Cons:

1. There was no hotel assistance for luggage.
2. The breakfast area was over crowded and table arrangements were quite uncomfortable and there was barely some space to settle properly, especially for middle tables.
3. Even after request no extra room key was provided as we face problems with a single key.
4. Bathrooms were too small.

Nothing in particular stood out during my stay.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay.The biggest issue was the staffs attitude,which was not customer friendly.The waiting time at the reception was also quite long,making the check in experience frustrating.i hope the hotel improves it's customer service and front desk efficiency.
