Pros:

The hotel was clean and accessible. We had beers at the bar with friends in the evenings; the service was good. Thank you.

Cons:

I am a diabetic and I carry ice packs with me on my travels because I keep my insulin injections in my suitcase. I later explained that they should place the personal ice packs in the large refrigerator at my hotel to prevent the water bottles inside from freezing. However, your hotel did not take me seriously. When they brought the ice packs from the kitchen just before departure, it was found that the packs were warm and the ice bottles were not frozen. Unfortunately, I had a large quantity of insulin injections from Istanbul with me. Please convey this personally. Sincerely.

Bon hôtel bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix. Idéalement situé.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambres confortables. Personnel agréable et souriant.
Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de l'aéroport et du quartier d'affaire de BKC.
