Rude phone attendants. Unclean toilet . Foul smell in the room . No bell desk service. On request they flatly ignore . No arrangements for early booking inspite of sending repeated requests. Left the property early as the experience was very stressful.

Ich würde nicht unbedingt dort noch einmal übernachten.
Pros:

Ich war aufgrund eines vorverlegten Fluges nur kurz im Hotel, habe nicht übernachtet

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war dass ich jedes Mal länger an der Rezeption warten musste. Beim Check-In waren es mind 15 Minuten. Ich fand das Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Mehr Personal an der Rezeption wäre sicher eine gute Idee, vor allem, wenn man nur kurz da ist wie ich und keine langen Wartezeiten einplanen kann.
