Pros:

Amabilidad del personal en especial NATALIA la niña de la recepción. Entregaron la habitación antes cosa q me parece bien y q deben implementar desde q este lista deben permitir q el cliente acceda a ellos más cuando de viene. Viajando y se madruga así como en muchos casos uno hace el check out antes de lo presupuestado

Cons:

La nevera de la habitación no servía y en esa clima es fundamental son situaciones q se deben revisar antes de entregar la habitación o al menos tener la forma de arreglarla o cambiarla de inmediato. El sistema de desayuno me molesta que no permitan al cliente escoger y es lo q le pongan y ya. Si quieren controlar la cantidad simplemente ofrezcan dos o tres opciones de desayuno y el cliente elige y no estar frente a un empleado que sirve lo q quiere. Me parece antipático este sistema.
Por último elmcolchon tiene un forro que entiendo es para protegerlo pero resulte incómodo porque hace mucho ruido al moverse da la apariencia de hotel de carretera no me gustó.
