The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items.
Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies along . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Great location
Air con, tv and hairdryer not working. Spoke to staff and tv was sorted. Was told will get a new hairdryer but didn’t and by the time I got back was too late to raise it again. Air con was pre set to a warm figure. It was a really hot day and I had to manually keep changing to a cold temperature but would automatically change back. Was advised will be fixed and wasn’t. Overall staff were nice when spoken too.
Comfy bed, pillows and generally the room and hotel location
Bit dated and too dark in room and bar. Drinks ridiculous price and check in took far too long as only one receptionist who, whilst friendly, chatted too much as a queue was forming.

Mattresses had large dip in middle so not comfortable, need replacing. Was offered a mattress topper but was given a spare duvet to put on bed !

Good there was kippers on the menu for breakfast. Good selection of fresh fruit salads. Toast machine good.
It was all rather dark and dingy! The facilities were all good but there was something not right about the hotel. It did not 'grab me'.
I couldn't find marmalade at breakfast. Who wants jam (3 types) for breakfast?

Paying that price for that standard room and no brekkie felt a rip off
Modern clean feel in centre of Leeds. Room was spacious for a standard sized one.
The bathroom felt a bit outdated as it still had a bath in it which was also slightly worn.
Location friendly staff
I thought the room was very dark and the whole colour scheme of the hotel was very dull and grey
