An enjoyable stay and I’m pleased to say all the issues we noted over 12 months ago have been addressed.
Pros:

The location is awesome and it is nicely furnished. The staff on this visit were very attentive and helpful, the gardens had been attended to and the managers now live on site. We were return visitors from over 12 months ago and the concerns I had about lack of management and the laziness of staff have been addressed. We found the staff extremely helpful.

Cons:

Not really anything it’s just starting to show a bit of wear and tear in the rooms .

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience.

After checking into my room, I found that the bedsheets had multiple visible stains. I informed the staff, who brought a replacement sheet—but it also had multiple stains. They then brought a second replacement, which again had multiple stains. Another staff member later brought a heavily wrinkled duvet cover that looked as though it had been stored in a bag for a long time. While I waited outside the room, the staff kept trying to find acceptable bedding and eventually admitted that “the laundry is not good.”

I’m not a picky guest. I have travelled extensively throughout Asia and stayed in three other hotels during my two weeks in Bali without any issues. A clean, comfortable bed is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately I lost confidence in the cleanliness of the room.

I decided to leave and requested a refund, but my request was declined. Instead, I walked just five minutes down the road and found another hotel at a very similar price with a clean, fresh, and comfortable bed. My comfort and peace of mind are worth far more to me than saving a little money.

The staff were polite and genuinely tried to help, but the hotel clearly needs to improve its housekeeping standards and replace bedding that is permanently stained or no longer suitable for guests. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests do not have the same experience.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Really good location close to some nice coffee shops and restaurants. Pool area was nice and staff were very friendly. I loved the decor and vibe of the place. Good value for money.

Cons:

The pool water could be a bit cleaner.. also we were slightly disappointed that the toilet was in the bedroom and not a seperate room just a wooden cover to block your vision. We would have preferred a bathroom seperate to the bedroom.

Pros:

Great location in Pererenan, close to many coffees, restaurants. Nice garden with sunbeds and pool.

Cons:

There's some serious needs of descaling in the bathroom area. The amount of limescale on the taps and all over the tiles tells me it's not a new problem.

Best stay! Most friendly staff and gorgeous rooms!
Pros:

I had the best experience at Isaiya Boutique Hotel and will definitely be back! The staff is amazing, the rooms lush, the property so pretty and a real vibe. The owner is amazing and so kind as well. I will for sure recommend to family and friends.

Pros:

The pool area and kitchen were amazing, the bed was comfy and clean! Many friendly dogs, and free coffee downstairs, 100% recommended, you can rent cheap scooters, and the street if full off very very good restaurants

Cons:

Because we booked through Booking we didn't know what type of room we booked, so our room didn't have a separation between the bathroom and the bed, which helped to get a closer relationship with my partner 😂

Beautiful and peaceful spot
Pros:

The property is in a peaceful location with a stunning shala and relaxation area. There a beautiful rice field around and lots of lush plant life. My room
The King suite was spacious and clean with a gorgeous outdoor bathroom. Location is great, walking distance to the ocean and lots of beautiful cafes and food.

Cons:

Some minor issues on the first night which the owner and manager were apologetic for and resolved.
