Ottima soluzione in arrivo in partenza o di passaggio
Pros:

La posizione a un minuto dai traghetti X moorea e dal mercato e anche dai ristoranti

La colazione inclusa. Se si torna da sud che giorno in guest house e si fa sosta prima di andare a moorea è perfetto x ritrovare un po di abitudini occidentali e ristorarsi prima di ripartire x altre avventure

Bonne option d'hôtel pour Papeete
Pros:

La propreté, le petit déjeuner, le personnel, l'emplacement et le fait que la chambre et la salle de bain soient moins humide qu'ailleurs dans cette région ca compte !

Cons:

Certaines chambres sont un peu étroites, les prises USB au niveau des tables de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas dans 2 chambres, avec pas d'autre prise à ce niveau.

Excellent short stay
Pros:

Breakfast is not available at the hotel but you can get to the market by foot easily. Comfortable bed and perfect location to get to the cruise port in Papeete. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Bella struttura, pulita e confortevole, sia nelle parti comuni che in stanza. Ottima colazione. Posizione centrale e comodissima per visitare la città.

I give MaiTai full marks, not because we took up our booking but for their kindness shown to us when we had to cancel on short notice, due to flight delays. I can say the location is outstanding and should we find ourselves in Papeete again, I would definitely stay here.

Nice safe layover spot with plenty to do
Pros:

Very safe and clean and very close(across the street) to the ferries/docks to the islands and a short ride to the airport. Close to many restaurants and the huge open air market. Many shops too.

Cons:

Very small rooms with no windows to look out.

Pros:

Unprofessional staff. We wanted to upgrade the room to an ocean view, but were told that the hotel is fully booked and no upgrades are available. Only when I showed that Booking.com shows 4 free rooms available was the receptionist not very happy, but they upgraded the room.
