Disappointed little Family.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We got a deluxe family suit and there was nothing deluxe or family about it. On the second fall, having to bring our baby's pram up and down the stairs, the stairs had to gate on them so children could easily fall down them. The bed was right in the doorway making it difficult to get the pram in the room. The curtains had mold on them, the buffet breakfast wasn't avalible. We had to get wet showering our daughter because it wasn't a family friendly bathroom. I think this hotel is perfect for business people or people without children.

Buona posizione vicino alla città e alla fermata degli autobus.
Stanza pulita.
Calda.

Cons:

Arredamento molto serio ed impersonale.
Rapporto qualità prezzo sbilanciato, sarà che sono abituata a prezzi più abbordabili e strutture più accoglienti ma sono rimasta molto delusa per il prezzo pagato.

Great value for money, clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and in an excellent location.
Pros:

The property was clean, family-friendly, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily without us needing to request it. Communication with the staff was easy, prompt, and efficient, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Cons:

There was not much to dislike about the property. The only minor issue was that the carpets appeared stained and looked a little worn. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed longer than expected and enjoyed it.
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating given that we had to book 2 more nights because of flight weather cancellations. The restaurant was very nice as well, if you are in the mood for a curry (we were).

Pros:

Staff very helpful with needs. Nice and modern. Highly recommend :)

Cons:

The only thing I could say would be to add toilet brushes to the rooms and faster wifi. Other than that all great.
