Lovely traditional Indian restaurant in hotel was an added bonus
Great location for our needs. Rooms very clean and easy parking. We were able to have a ground floor room for our parents who are less mobile. Key lock box made late checkin very easy. Staff were very helpful at finding our headphones we left behind and this was much appreciated! The carpark lighting is really good for night time transit too.
The heat pump was quite slow to heat up the room but once heated it stayed warm. The one mobility carpark is located at the furthest point away from the ground floor rooms which isn’t ideal - but at least there was one.

The location is great but the facilities are old
I am beyond frustrated. They do not answer calls or emails (even booking.com struggled to get ahold of them), and I have lost money as a result.
Great location walking distance to the mall, clean and tidy.
The towel rail and hairdryer don't work. Would have liked a winter blanket for the bed. We were on the too floor, the first night was windy sounded like the roof was lifting in places.
Great sized rooms. Brilliant location. Comfy and clean.
