موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من أبرز الوجهات المهمة. مستوى النظافة كان عالياً، والمرافق حديثة ومعتنى بها بشكل جيد. كما كان الإفطار متنوعاً وذا جودة ممتازة، ويستحق الإشادة. فريق العمل اتسم بالاحترافية العالية، وسرعة الاستجابة، وحسن التعامل طوال فترة الإقامة.

Cons:

أقمت في الغرفتين 905 و904. كان أداء نظام التكييف في الغرفة 905 أقل كفاءة من الغرفة 904 من حيث قوة التبريد، رغم قيام فريق الصيانة بالاستجابة السريعة ومحاولة معالجة الملاحظة، وهو أمر أقدّره. تحسن الأداء إلى حدٍ ما، إلا أنه لم يصل إلى مستوى التبريد الموجود في الغرفة الأخرى.

كذلك لم تكن الوسائد مريحة بالنسبة لي، مما أثر على جودة النوم. وقد يكون ذلك تفضيلاً شخصياً، إلا أنه إذا تكررت هذه الملاحظة من نزلاء آخرين، فقد يكون من المفيد دراسة توفير خيارات مختلفة للوسائد بما يناسب تفضيلات الضيوف.
