El estilo de los cuartos y comodidades

El estacionamiento no es propio del hotel y la pensión que asignan me retiraron placas por mala comunicación con hotel , llevándome una pésima experiencia .

Definitivamente es mi lugar para hospedarme en Orizaba, me siento como en casa, realmente las camas son las mas comodas duermes y descansas. El servicio que ofrece el personal es invaluable son tan atentos, resolutivos, respetuosos, amables, gentiles, serviciales, carismaticos

Cons:

Solo es una observacion. En la habitacion 8 al bañarse, el agua del area de la regadera se desplaza al resto del baño, considero que seria mejor si colocaran una division en el piso para evitarlo.

Best hotel in Orizaba
Pros:

This hotel is the best hotel we have come across in the month we have been in México. Staff are super friendly and helpful, Jean paul is the friendliest and makes sure that everything is perfect. He will even give you some tips on where and what to do if needed. Everything is close by within a short walk.
The beds are comfortable and there are 3 pillows to choose from. Alexa controls a few electrical things in the room but you can also operate it manually if you want.
We only had breakfast here as the restaurant is closed on Tuesday's but it was good size servings and presented very well, coffee taste like coffee.
Only thing that is a side note is there is no lift so if you are unable to climb up 1 set of stairs for any reason try and get a ground floor room. 10/10

Ein richtiger Geheimtipp! Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder buchen! Herzliches Personal!
Pros:

Einerseits waren wir von Orizaba als Stadt begeistert und andererseits hat uns dieses Boutique-Hotel restlos überzeugt. Es liegt an einer Flaniermeile von Orizaba und ist zum teléferico sowie zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es kann wunderbar gegessen werden im Hotel selbst (gedeckte Terrasse im 1. Stock) oder in unmittelbarer Nähe hat es tolle Cafés...wir fühlten uns fast ein wenig wie an der Côte d'Azur:-)

Cons:

Im Hotelzimmer ist "Alexa" installiert, das heisst z.B. um die Lamellen zu schliessen, muss man mit "Alexa" kommunizieren...was für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war.

Comfortable and convenient. Next time in Orizaba we will stay at Tipico again.
Pros:

Loved the location, the cleanliness of the property and the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there two times and thought it was excellent.

Cons:

No complaints or even suggestions for improvement. It seems to be a very professionally run hotel.

A true gem of a stay in Orizaba
Pros:

What a delightful and well located small hotel in Orizaba! Everything was great; the room, the restaurant and especially the staff. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone visiting the charming town of Orizaba.

Nice hotel and great location
Pros:

It was very clean, had a very comfortable bed and it is located in a great area to explore Orizaba. Would totally recommend.

Cons:

The only thing to mention is that light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off as it was linked Alexa and it was somehow disconnected. You couldn’t turn it off manually either and the maintenance person wasn’t able to fix it so we had to sleep with it on which was a bit annoying as you could see it from the bottom of the door.
