Pros:

The location was perfect . Absolutely loved the vibe of this hotel . The staff was very friendly. The valet parking was extremely convenient. Really loved the free drink chips we received at check in .

Cons:

Nothing . We loved everything about this hotel !

Clean, nice and easy!
Pros:

Loved how close it was to the sylvee! Super easy valet parking and just not having to worry about concert parking and such!

Cons:

No fridge or microwave in the room kinda sucked!

Mostly nice but I would take an Uber if I were to stay here again.
Pros:

People at the front desk were kind. Room was clean but smelled very musty. The did offer to move us but we were unpacked and chose to stay.

Cons:

The shuttle service. Bringing us to venue was great. The driver said I’ll pick you up right here when I come back for you. We texted for the return trip. They texted back that they will pick us up at 2 cross streets. One of the cross streets was not near us. We did know that the street was different from where he told us to be so we waited a long time. I texted back asking them for clarification. They said yes go to N Patterson which was nowhere near us. S Patterson was near. We went there. It took another long time. 1 hour total for them to pick us up. After standing for 3 hours at a concert this, wasn’t a great experience. They did leave an apology note and free breakfast under our door which was nice.

Poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

Banheiro limpo, tolhas limpas, chão limpo.
Acesso fácil.

Cons:

Não gostei de ter login feito ao ligar a TV, prefiro fazer login quando eu quiser. Parece invasão de privacidade.
Alem disso quando o login estava feito perdi totalmente acesso ao Youtube, ficamos sem acesso ao Youtube a partir do segundo dia e ninguém sabia dizer o que tinha acontecido.

Pros:

Hotel was unique and contemporary...great vibe. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Room was clean and sufficient for our needs for the weekend.

Cons:

A/C could have been a bit more robust during the day. The evening was more comfortable.

We will definitely return!
Pros:

Cool vibe. Liked the bar, restaurant and communal area. Decor is awesome. Loved the gummy bears! The room was also cool shaker style.

Cons:

Missing a fridge and microwave and coffee in the room. The coffee in the lobby was very good. Bathroom door is translucent and lets too much light in the room while someone is in there.

Cons:

Bisher hatten wir in jedem amerikanischen Hotel einen Kühlschrank. Leider in diesem keinen. Dafür 2 Fernseher in einem Zimmer, was aus unserer Sicht keinen Sinn macht. Auch an Stühlen hat es gemangelt. Wir waren nicht zufrieden.
