Pros:

Well maintained room with comfortable bed. Taxi ordered by reception was on time and much better that our uber experience.

Cons:

Reception open only 7am to 11pm.

Pros:

Location in casco viejo, centrally located to all

Cons:

The price! Hotels in Bilbao are considerably more expensive than 3 and 4 star hotels beachfront. But you pay for the central location.

Prima hotel voor verblijf in Bilbao
Pros:

Perfecte locatie nabij het oude centrum en parkeergarage op 5 min lopen
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Pros:

Very clean and modern hotel in a great location for exploring Bilbao, especially if travelling by train. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable. There was a lovely spacious lounge area to relax in and read.

Cons:

Only hotel I can recall where there was no fridge in the room. The bed was described as a large double, but was really only standard size.

Perfekte Unterkunft für drei Tage Bilbao.
Pros:

Lage war perfekt am Übergang zur Altstadt. Klimaanlage

Cons:

Personal an der Hotelrezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Englisch war alles gut verständlich.
Beim Frühstücken war der Service eher lustlos.

Una bellissima scoperta
Pros:

La posizione perfetta perché è tutto raggiungibile a piedi.
La ragazza alla reception, per altro italiana, super in gamba e preparata. Ci ha dato dei suggerimenti validi su cosa visitare dove andare dove mangiare. 🔝

Cons:

Per essere un boutique hotel dovrebbero fare attenzione che la biancheria (sia da letto. He gli asciugamani) è davvero tanto tanto consunta ed andrebbe cambiata.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, calm modern and unfussy decor, and very helpful staff

Cons:

We expected a bit more of a”wow” factor for the price and the boutique description of the hotel. Small things such as provision of body lotion in the bathroom and more artwork in the communal areas and bedrooms; also extra facilities in the room such as a fridge, and an option to have a bath. Also, a lower cost and simpler breakfast option would all have been appreciated.
