Excellent location, helpful staff, and very comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable. The location was great, and the staff was super helpful at identifying all of the major attractions in the vicinity.

Most definitely not a 2star hotel. Great stay, amazing location 🤍
Pros:

Great location, good design, good breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant looks better in images than in real life but otherwise everything was on point.

Cons:

The only downside was that we got a room with windows towards the inner courtyard and sometimes it smelled like fried food.

Ligging. Personeel vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels. Heel goed bed.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff and great location

Cons:

The first room we had, we paid for a room with a terrace, but the terrace was internal and a shaft like area with a window at the top, so very little light and no air. Fortunately we were returning for another night and we upgraded at a small charge but the room was gorgeous, much more space and a balcony. Would recommend

Fantastisch verblijf midden in het hart van Bilbao, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.
Pros:

De perfecte ligging van het appartement, hele vriendelijke ontvangst in goed verstaanbaar engels, hij wees ons de weg in deze fantastische stad. Midden in het centrum maar toch heel stil in de kamer.

Le personnel a l’accueil était très sympathique.

Cons:

Les oreillers étaient inconfortables.
Il n’y avait pas d’après-shampoing ni de mouchoirs ni de cotons à démaquiller.
Il manquait un mini bar dans la chambre.
Un joli tableau au mur aurait été apprécié! Il manquait un minimum de décoration.
