La posizione della struttura è perfetta per raggiungere il palazzo dello Sport ma in generale per muoversi per la città. Il quartiere è tranquillo e pieno di verde. Gli Host Andrea e Luis hanno reso perfetto il nostro breve soggiorno. Consigliato

We had a short night stay at the end of our trip and the quiet location was perfect for us and just what we needed before a long travel day ahead. It was within walking distance to a lovely supermarket, restaurants and bars. The host Loi went out of his way ahd fetched us from the station and stopped me back at the station. Andrea and Loi were very warm and welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Todo magnífico, la atención, la ubicación, la limpieza, todo estuvo a la altura. La preocupación permanente y la sutura de los anfitriones es especial.

Pobyt przebiegł bardzo dobrze. Gospodarze okazali się niezwykle pomocni – podpowiadali, co warto zobaczyć w okolicy, jak najlepiej poruszać się po mieście, a nawet kupili w naszym imieniu bilet autobusowy na transport na lotnisko, wybierając najoptymalniejszą opcję.

Codziennie rano serwowane było śniadanie w stylu włoskim, z kilkoma wariantami do wyboru, które można było zjeść na tarasie lub w jadalni. Pokój był duży, czysty, z wygodnym łóżkiem, a łazienka również zadbana. Całe mieszkanie jest godne polecenia – gospodarze sami w nim mieszkają, więc wszystko utrzymane jest w bardzo dobrym stanie.

Dodatkowym atutem był poranny transport do metra oferowany przez gospodarzy, co znacznie ułatwiało start dnia. Sam nocleg znajduje się poza ścisłym centrum, ale dojazd autobusem i linią metra B jest wygodny. Dla nas była to idealna opcja – całe dnie spędzaliśmy w centralnych częściach Rzymu, a wieczorem wracaliśmy do spokojnego osiedla zamieszkanego przez lokalnych mieszkańców.

Polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu z przyjazną atmosferą i świetną opieką gospodarzy.

Tudo perfeito! O Andrea e o Luis foram muito atenciosos e superou as expectativas em tudo!
O café da manhã foi maravilhoso.
Ele nos ajudou com dicas de onde comer, visitar e como se locomover na cidade.

Everything was really fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andrea is a wonderful and caring host. He picked me up from the bus station and even gave me a little tour on the way, which was really helpful. He also gave me a map and told me about the best attractions, viewpoints, and cafes.

Breakfast was big and tasty (thanks, Louis!).
The room was spacious and clean.

Thank you for everything — I’ll definitely come again.

Breakfest was smaller than expected (croissant and yoghurt). Transport to metro and evening tea for free.

First about host Andrea is great,very friendly and helpful. Everything is so clean,and breakfast is so good, totaly Italian (sweet) breakfast. We recommend this accommodation :)
