Great staff and the skybar was fantastic.
Really decent sized rooms and breakfast was great. Location was perfect and allowed us to explore everywhere by walking!
Location is very central.
Quality of the room is not as shown in pictures and no decent window with poor lighting. Bathroom was below average for the room price.

The staff at reception truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We got a room upgrade, lemonade and fruit upon check in, they held our bags while we did an overnight excursion, and even let us use the shower facilities before our flight out. Breakfast was also great! Great location for exploring old quarter.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist top. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Das Bett ist bequem und die Zimmer sind geräumig.
What a treat this hotel was after riding through the countryside of vietnam on a motorcycle. The bed was super comfortable to the point that we could not get out of it every morning. The free breakfast tasted amazing and the rooftop bar was a nice way to relax and drink ad watch the views. The location was also super convenient in old quarters.
The check in process was a bit rough. We told staff over whatsapp that we would be arriving around 2am as that is when our sleeper bus would drop us off in hanoi. When we arrived, the lobby was locked and it was dark inside. We tried to call the staff on whatsapp but noone picked up. We were locked outside for 20 minutes before we knocked and it turned out there was staff asleep on the couch but we couldn't see them. I wish we were told ahead of time that the staff would be there and to knock.
Super friendly and helpful staff with genuine smiles. From the first greeting with cool lemonade to a farewell assistance with the luggage and a snack for the airport, they made us feel special.
We also got treated to a complimentary massage session. The room was quiet and nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean. We were concerned about the lack of windows when booking but wanted to stay on the budget, it ended up being a positive feature because there was absolutely no noise.
The complimentary breakfast was fantastic.
Great location for everything that we wanted to see in Hanoi.
The shower head was a little too low, so my 6’2 husband had to bow down a bit to use it but that’s often a problem when traveling in Asia 😅

- Personal 10/10 vor allem die Damen an der Rezeption: sie haben mir per WhatsApp geschrieben, als das Zimmer früher frei wurde. Wir mussten nicht mal mehr zahlen :)
- Zimmer Deluxe mit Balkon sooo schön und genauso teuer wie Zimmer ohne Fenster in den anderen Hotels in der Gegend
- Sauberkeit 10/10
Das Frühstück sollte etwas länger gehen, ab 8:45 Uhr werden die Sachen kaum mehr nachgefüllt
