Minerva Premium Hotel

We had such a lovely stay at Minerva Premium Hotel and genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, warm and kind. The staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay and made us feel so welcome — almost like we were being looked after by family rather than simply staying at a hotel.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was the genuine kindness and personal touches that really made the stay special for us. The location was also absolutely perfect — so convenient and ideal for exploring the area.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again and would recommend Minerva Premium Hotel to anyone visiting. A gorgeous hotel made even better by the wonderful people working there. Thank you so much for looking after us so well!

The breakfast was exceptional, just as other reviews mentioned! The hotel is in a great location—very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral. The night market is also nearby, and everything is within easy walking distance.

Staffs are very friendly. They help me book a last minutes local shuttle round trips to Trang An boat station. They located in the best areas in town and shops, restaurants and lake are within a few minutes. I certainly will go back to them on my next trip

המלון נקי, מודרני, חדרים מרווחים, במיקום טוב ללכת ברגל ולטייל בעיר העתיקה. הצוות מאוד משתדל ועם אנגלית טובה, כך שניתן לתקשר בנוחות. ארוחת בוקר הייתה טעימה לנו מאוד, עם שילוב של בופה ומנות להזמין מהתפריט, מערבי וגם ויאטנמי. אוכלים בקומת הגג עם נוף ממש יפה לעיר. היו לנו כמה תקלות ביום ההגעה והמלון פיצה אותנו בשימוש במיני בר וגם הזמין אותנו לעיסוי זוגי, שהיה מצוין, כך שזה מאוד מוערך. ביום העזיבה ציידו אותנו בשקיות עם מים וקשיו לדרך.

The hotel was really good and clean with a nice smell always. I booked for connecting rooms and it was really nice and clean. Very modern and it has everything. Staff were super amazing they were extremely kind and nice and very very helpful they take care of everything you need and they make sure you have a smooth and nice stay especially one staff name Zoe she is really helpful and always makes sure you have all what you need. Breakfast buffet was amazing and has vegetarian options for Halal food and they have along with it a menu for food you can order. Location of the hotel is very good and close to almost everything. I strongly recommend it

מלון נהדר הכל היה טוב ונפלא

급하게 하노이에 가게되서 창문이 없는방이 하나 남아서 예약했습니다. 남편이 컨디션이 안좋아서 창문있는방으로 요청드렸고 최선을 다해서 방을 옲겨주셨어요. 그것도 무료로. 덕분에 잘쉬다왔습니다. 특히 sun님 너무 감사드립니다. 다음에 또 방문하게되면 미리 베란다 있는방으로 예약해서 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다

The staff here really go above and beyond to welcome you and try to meet all your expectations. We liked the connecting rooms for our family, which was a great find in the city. We also really liked the central location. Before our evening flight out, they offered to let us use the shower and gave us some water bottles to take with us. These were very thoughtful and helpful gestures! We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor--there is a small buffet and an a la carte menu that you can select from. We enjoyed trying the various options there.

Perfect Location and Hotel for a visit in Hanoi. Espescially the Crew made it a Perfect Match.

The staff at the Minerva are incredible. Nothing is too much for them. Sun, Katie and Kate made us most welcome and their kindness and pleasant natures were most appreciated.
