Please look into this matter
Pros:

I like the way associates treated us , they are really good , polite and Friendly .
On call requests are delivered on time.
Housekeeping associate called us personally in the evening to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

Room size are very small for single pax or double pax . We requested to accommodate us in bigger room if possible but somehow we didn't get may be beacause of unavailability or something else.

There is no space in the room for movement . Corridor are dirty and damp smell is there. Room is also damp and there is no space to come sunlight. Cellings have seepage issue
Bed sheets and duvet covers are stained . There is no intercom in the room which is very bad . Heathfo set are loose , hand wash dispenser is very hard to use , there is no shower gel in the washroom, towels are torn and stained aswell . Washroom and bedroom was not vacuumed and mopped properly hairs on the floor.
Condition of Room : 205 is very pathetic.

Pros:

Nothing at all. It’s an extremely shoddy property and is a terrible place to stay at.

Cons:

Almost everything. The rooms are so damn small it’s impossible to stand without running into something else. The room size is ridiculously small to the point of being claustrophobic. The complete closure of windows makes the feeling even worse. The hygiene of the rooms was terribly bad. I checked into a room where the edges were frayed, hair strands from the previous guests were lying on the bathroom parapet.

Worst of all, the capacity of the breakfast area doesn’t support the hotel. On both days I had to wait a good half hour to get a seat for my own breakfast. The common restroom basins had stains all over them as did the basin of my room. All the urinals in the common toilet were leaking. The housekeeping staff didn’t even bother to put tissues in the tissue holder. Each time I came back the housekeeping staff would’ve kept the AC temperature at 19 degrees!!!! The tiny room with 19 degree refrigeration temperature would make it imperative to keep the door open and stay out for a bit in the corridor before the temperature could fall down to human levels. I had to complain to the front office twice. The corridor carpets were dirty and disheveled and in some places were stained with the used food trash kept outside. No effort to clean it!!!!Overall a very sub standard experience. And no I’m never booking a sarovar portico again!!!

Pleasant. Comfortable. Definitely needs improvement in terms of cleanliness.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Especially when we had to shift rooms. They were extremely polite. The bellman who helped us on the first evening (I didn't note his name) was very patient and helpful without showing a face or complaining. The front desk staff was also extremely accommodating to our requests. Breakfast was excellent! Good spread.

Cons:

Cleanliness in the corridors can definitely be improved. The body wash and shampoo should be refilled without requesting. A bar of soap will also be useful. Mould is seen in the bathroom corners. Cleanliness overall should be implemented.
