Nice, clean, good parking and location.
Pros:

There was breakfast? We didn't know!!!

Cons:

It was fine. The kids staying above us were doing gymnastics or something like that until about 11pm, that was a bit annoying.

Pros:

I liked the security doors. You had to have a door key to get in. No one could just walk in.

Cons:

It smelled smokey. The guest staying above us was very noisy.

Tierra was very friendly and our room seemed new

Cons:

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. Sheets and mattress were cheap.

Pros:

It was easy to get to and right in the middle of town so it wasn’t a far drive anywhere

Cons:

They had no power and towels weren’t the cleanest. Also the hallways smelled like weed

I did not expect much more for the price.
Pros:

Close to I10. Local stores and gas.

Cons:

Very basic i.e. room and a bed. Not very clean i.e. used gum in the kitchen sink, old soap on the bathroom floor and dust and hair on the floor. Poor toiletries.

I wouldn’t stay here again due to how I was treated by the general manager.
Pros:

Location was great .

Cons:

The general manager was very rude to me after I expressed my dislike for the condition of the room.
