Very bad!
Pros:

The behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. On multiple occasions, when we were outside the hotel, staff members entered our room without our permission. This is a serious violation of privacy and made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Additionally, the staff took the air conditioner remote control from our room and did not allow us to use it freely. We were not informed of any such restriction beforehand, which caused significant inconvenience.

Furthermore, we were repeatedly pressured to hand over our room key whenever we left the hotel. This was done in a forceful manner, making us feel that our personal space and security were not respected.

At the time of check-out, we were also charged an additional amount as “tips” without our consent. This was completely unacceptable, as tips should always be voluntary and not imposed on guests.

Overall, the conduct of your staff did not meet basic hospitality standards. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues.

Pros:

There is nothing to like anything. Very very worst accomodation.

Cons:
