Great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean. Room was lovely and spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location to explore the wider area. Plenty of places nearby to eat/shop.

Cons:

Room refresh was to be every other day. Checked in on Tuesday refresh was supposed to be Thursday and it did not happen. Refreshed on Friday after saying something. Even if you do not do a full refresh you should leave enough coffee so I did not have to go to the front desk every evening for more.
Last night went down at midnight for coffee for the room the front desk did not have any and said it was in storage and would bring up 4 packages. I waited up 45 min and no coffee was brought.

Nice place to stay, close to shopping and food. Only a short drive to Salem. Would highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

That it had the sleeping arrangements we needed when no one else in the area did. Also liked it was close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like.

Overall the location was great. But, won’t stay there ever again.
Pros:

During the week the breakfast was terrible, on the weekend it was great

Cons:

There was a 200.00 hold on my account that wasn’t explained to me fully when we got there. There was a 3.00 fee for parking which was ridiculous. My daughter had a complaint due to the kids, Then, the next day a bus load of teenagers came to the hotel!!! Ummm make that make sense!

The pool was not too crowded. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Walls in one of the rooms were dirty. There was a piece of trash stuffed into a mirror in a room as well. We stayed two nights, but no trash removal happened in the rooms, and no towel/soap changes. Walls seemed very thin as all hallway and elevator traffic was easily heard within the rooms.

Pros:

It was in the middle of every direction. And very convenient.

Cons:

One of our nights there was a wedding and there was literally no parking at the Hotel. I asked the front desk about waiving the daily parking fee due to this and they agreed but I was charged anyway. It was the only inconvenience.
