Fantastic stay at Novotel
Pros:

Great location, seven minutes walk to the tram station to take you to Blue Mosque area where all main tourist sites are nearby.
Galaport right outside with lots of shopping and restaurants. Also lovely bars and restaurants behind the hotel.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very always friendly and helpful.
Concierge Anil was friendly and engaging -a great help with planning our days.
Breakfast buffet was ample and staff service was prompt and friendly.
Nice gym and Spa with massage, sauna, stream room and pool to relax.
