Great location and stunning views with excellent staff, but the rooms need modernization and better soundproofing.
Pros:

Excellent location with a beautiful Bosphorus view. The hotel was clean, the price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is also within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.

Cons:

The fifth floor was very noisy every day because of the rooftop restaurant. The suite felt outdated, and the TV was not a Smart TV, so we couldn’t use Netflix or connect our phones. There were no USB-C charging ports, and all the power outlets were old. Some bathroom amenities and tissues were missing upon arrival and had to be requested.

Excellent hotel and perfect location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally polite and kind. The hotel itself is very pleasant, the rooms are nice and clean, and having parking available was a big plus. The location is also excellent.

Cons:

However, the rooms could use a little renovation; a small refresh would definitely make the experience even better.
