Pros:

Отличный отель за свою стоимость
Pros:

Питание в целом хорошее, неплохой выбор, за неделю не успело надоесть. Также хороший кофе. Отличный стабильный Wi-Fi. Очень широкая кровать. У нас в номере почти всегда было очень тихо, было приятно отдыхать. Сам номер достаточно просторный.

Cons:

Плохо моют стаканы в номерах и ресторане тоже. Не самое удобное местоположение, в конце туристической зоны. Некоторая еда в ресторане всегда была остывшая.

Personnel très serviable et aux petits soins
Toujours assez de place et de transats - dévouement du personnel pour mise en place parasols, coussins de chaises longues

En general el hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero la limpieza y conservación de estas es impecable.
El personal es muy atento y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites.
La comida es excelente, una gran variedad de platos que se ajustan al paladar de cualquiera ya que pese que ellos condimentan mucho sus comidas, se notaba que aquí tenían el punto exacto para que no notáramos mucho la diferencia.
Destacar a Ismael en el comedor, nuestro querido camarero que siempre nos tenía nuestra botellita de vino bien fría.

Cons:

El último día en el Spa quisimos aprovechar para darnos un chapuzón y no habían toallas, como quedaba 1h para cerrar la chica nos dijo que no habían (habiendo 4 albornoces en la estantería) y tuvimos que quedarnos con las ganas ya que esta no nos lo facilitó.
La bebidas podrían están un poco más frías.
El equipo de animación podría mejorar un poco.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay und waren rundum zufrieden!

Eine besonders schöne Überraschung war, dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade für unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen haben – mit einem sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut und unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Die direkte Lage am Meer, der schöne Strand und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Tha location, the sea, the pool, the food, the drinks

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the corridors leading to the rooms and the elevator, in the hotel lobby and also in the restaurant. It was not enough. I had to call reception to have my room cleaned during my stay there. One of the cleaners told me verbatim, "Excuse me, the hotel is full, more than we can handle."
Also the drinks cups were very small, i had to refill each time
