これからは少し高くても、フロントに人がいるところに泊りたいと思いました。
Pros:

お部屋は綺麗で、キッチンや洗濯機があり、連泊する人にはいい場所だなと思いました。

Cons:

チェックイン、チェックアウトを機械でするのですが、とてもわかりにくかったです。助けてもらおうと思い、電話番号に電話しましたが、何度かけてもかからず、もう今夜はここに泊れないかも・・・と思いました。チェックアウトもわかりにくく、時間がかかり、電車に乗り遅れました・・・。

Opravdu to není hotel 4*.Spíš ubytovna. Spani na futonove matraci v pohodě, jen pro ni nebylo na pokoji misto. Veškerý chech in pres automat, na pokoji vše jen v Japonštině. Zápach.

概ね満足です。しかし災害対策は急務
Pros:

お風呂とトイレが完全に分かれているのがとても良い

Cons:

五階に宿泊したのですが万が一の場合、たとえば下の階から出火でもあった場合、非常階段とか非常設備が無いため
大きな事故になりかねないと思った
何らかの方法を大至急対応すべきです
事故になってからでは遅過ぎますので

コンビニも近いし布団と枕とタオルは清潔でテレビもYouTubeなどなど見られるのがよかったです。

Cons:

ドアガードがなく覗き穴もゆるゆるなのが怖くて、色々してドアが開かないようにしなくちゃいけなかった。カーテンは付いてるけどレースカーテンが付いてないからカーテンが開けられない。パジャマがない。タオルが少ない。衣類用除菌スプレーがない。鏡が洗面台だけなので不便。

Pros:

Clean, modern, washing machine is included, a couple toothbrushes are provided, too, though I didn't use any. There's a microwave, some pots, a small hob for a pot at a time, powerful and fast heating system, other than one to cool down the air.

Loved the fact that check-in and check-out could be done by the machine.

Cons:

A bit far from the centre.

The check-in requires a little too much information, in my opinion. Also, plenty of rules, some of which don't quite make sense at first sight (like the one not to use the balcony after 10 in the night because the neighbors could complain...? What if I don't even make any noise and just feel like getting some fresh air?

Furthermore, an additional payment / tax is required; it was about ¥500 in my case, if I remember correctly...
