Pros:

朝食は期待通り美味しかった。部屋も清潔で快適で、超広々空間ではないけど居心地は悪くなかったです。

Cons:

少しだけ駅から遠いかな。繁華街のど真ん中なので夜遊びにはいいけど、ガヤガヤした雰囲気が苦手な人にはオススメしにくいかも。

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but the extra charges left a bad impression.

When we arrived, we were asked to pay an additional city tax, even though our Booking.com reservation stated that the price already included taxes. The hotel also advertises parking, but it wasn’t made clear that parking costs extra.

The most frustrating part was after check-out. We left our car in the parking lot until 12:00 PM and were charged an additional fee because parking after 11:00 AM is no longer included. No one informed us about this, and the only notice was written in Japanese.

The fees themselves weren’t expensive, but the lack of transparency made it feel like the hotel was constantly looking for ways to charge guests extra. Clear communication in English would have made a big difference.

Strategic location and clean
Pros:

Close to Susukino station, just about 3 streets away. On the way will pass by popular Nikka board. Next to hotel has a Lawson. Very new building and clean, definitely will visit again.

Cons:

Room size could barely open a 24 inch luggage. Aircon not so cold and felt like it will auto stop operating in midnight, I am not sure whether got timer, sometimes wake up midnight because i cannot feel air movement in the room.
