Vị trí trung tâm, thuận tiện, xe bus sân bay dừng trước cửa khách sạn, khách sạn gần ga tàu điện ngầm có 03 line tàu điện. Khách sạn yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, riêng tư.

Cons:

Hàng ngày không để trà, cafe như khách sạn khác, không có bàn chải đánh răng dùng 1 lần cho khách. Hy vọng những vấn đề nhỏ này được cải thiện

Pros:

La posizione è ottima! Con il bus 6001 dall’aeroporto arrivi direttamente davanti all’hotel e uguale per la ripartenza. Zona super servita da bus e metro, strada piena di negozi, 7-Eleven e ristoranti, a soli 200 metri c’è il DDP! Tutto meraviglioso!

Me encanto la ubicacion! Ademas tienen una parada de bus hacia el aeropuerto justo en la entrada. La habitacion perfecta en cuanto a tamaño y muy comoda! El staff de recepcion y limpieza muy amables :)

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing stay at Uljiro Coop Residence Dongdaemun.

During my stay, I was badly bitten by what appeared to be bed bugs in my original room. After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, only to experience the same problem again. The bites caused severe itching, discomfort, and significant stress, which negatively impacted my entire trip.

The situation did not end after checkout. When I returned home, I had to isolate and thoroughly clean all of my belongings, clothing, and luggage to avoid bringing bed bugs into my home. This caused ongoing anxiety and inconvenience long after the stay itself.

To make matters worse, I also saw cockroaches roaming the corridor floors, which raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the property.

Unfortunately, the staff were also rude, dismissive, and unfriendly when I raised these concerns, which only added to the frustration of the experience. I have photos documenting the bites and the conditions I encountered.

I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

満足感はお値段以上！
Pros:

東大門も徒歩圏内で立地がとてもよかった
常にスタッフが在中していて韓国語も英語もできないが察してくれてとても優しく接してくれました。変圧器を貸してくれたりタクシーを呼んでくれてとても助かりました。

Cons:

シャワーとトイレに仕切りやカーテンが無く全体的にびしょびしょになる！床は乾きやすいので滑ったりとかはないです。
