Poca / Casi nula respuesta del dueño, y literalmente no había regadera, era la tubería expuesta, no ofrecieron una solución al problema, estoy seguro que la persona después de mi va a tener el mismo problema

El ruido por la cercanías los bares es bastante fuerte, es difícil dormir
La última noche al llegar al apartamento no había agua, llamamos al anfitrión y nos ofreció ir a otro departamento para hacer uso únicamente del sanitario y la ducha cada vez que se requiriera, teníamos que desplazarnos 4 pisos, nos indicó el encargo del edificio que el servicio de agua había sido suspendido

El clima goteaba mucho, se notificó a recepción, espero que la arreglan.

My room never got cleaned in 5 days

Rentamos una habitación que conectaba con otra y cada que llegaban huéspedes nuevos al lado abrían la puerta que conectaba cuando nos habían dicho que esa puerta no se habría y después nos dijeron que si que los otros inquilinos abrían

Preguntamos si podiamos ingresar un poco antes a la habitación pero nunca recibimos respuesta y al final tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo desde nuestra llegada hasta que se nos permitió ingresar a la habitación.

Que no me explicaron como encender la ventilación

El espacio es muy pequeño Pero bueno por el precio está bien lo malo fue el personal de limpieza del edificio ya que se puso agresiva una persona solo por qué queríamos una foto desde la alberca

The couch was broken so we couldn’t use it during our stay. There’s also no communication possible with the owner - never replied before and during stay via Booking. Very few dishes in the apartment but didn’t really need it for a one night stay. Also, only one key available which is tricky when there’s more people staying at the place!

Te cancelan unas horas antes de el check in y en lo que te ofrecen No había papel higiénico ni jabón no tenía internet algo muy importante para mi y mi trabajo no hubo limpieza en los tres dias que me quede la gente encargada no te contesta a tiempo y cuando lo hacen solo son promesas y no te solucionan nada 😡

NOTHING IN THE KITCHEN SEEM TO WORK OR FUNCTION AT ALL.....THE MICROWAVE IN PARTICULAR DID NOT FUNCTION AND OUR COMPLAINT FELL ON DEAF EARS..... VERY DISAPPOINTING.

We were asked to pay cash after the owner refused our credit card payment.

הכל היה מזעזע הכי נורא שהייתי הכל מלוכלך מגעיל בעל הדירה לא עונה הטלויזיה והשולחן שבורים אל תתקרבו!!
היינו כמה לילות וביקשנו עוד מגבות והבעל דירה פשוט לא עונה ואין לא מכונת כביסה ולא לובי של מישהו שיכול לעזור עם כלום!! לא להתקרב מצעים מלוכלכים!!

, the worst I’ve ever experienced. Everything was dirty and disgusting. The landlord doesn’t answer. The TV and the table are broken. Do not go near this place!!
We stayed a few nights and asked for extra towels, and the landlord simply didn’t respond. There’s no washing machine, and no lobby or staff to help with anything!! Stay away.
