Good stay and I would return.
Pros:

The room was warm and welcoming. The water was hot and stable, no messing about with running taps for ages to get it to run warm. Clean towels every day, bin emptied every day, fridge available. Lots of electric points, good lighting, window could be opened, heating available. Breakfast was available. Free car parking and plenty of spaces. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We ate at Toby carvery around 10 minutes away by car, we went back twice as it was nice food and good service.

Cons:

Just little niggles nothing major. The floor and wall by the bin was not clean. The plug area and overflow in the sink was not clean. Cobwebs on skirting boards and between door frame and wall. Chair was plastic stool which meant had to sit on the bed to work. Cups were not replaced daily so had to go dowstairs to get clean cups. One night had very noisy residents who were shouting and banging doors at midnight. Lift was not working. No access to microwave to warm up take aways or ready made meals in the evening. No bar or social area in the evening. No sign on the slip road to 'show the way' so missed the entrance on the first attempt and had to go around the one way system again. Needs a sign on the corner please.

Ideal city centre hotel.
Pros:

Perfect room, we stayed two nights, friendly, welcoming staff at the desk and courteous housekeeping staff.
Breakfast was included and was great.
Plenty of parking spaces on site.
Room was clean and included everything you would need, hair-dryer, iron with board.
Highly recommend.

Pros:

The hotel was ok overall. The room was clean and the staff were polite. It wasn’t anything special, but it did the job for a short stay. The location was convenient and check-in was straightforward. A few areas could do with updating, but for the price it was reasonable.

Low Cost but need to accept hotel demographic, noise and not best nights sleep. BUT friendly staff, good location, parki
Pros:

Secure parking and walking distance to city.

Cons:

Met with some pretty hostile homeless/drugged type people outside hotel. Thin blind and car park lighting on all night outside window. People banging doors and moving loudly up and down corridor from 0500hrs. Really loud fridge in room buzzing all night.
