Great stay in Pasay!
Pros:

The room exceeded our expectations. This is the second time we stayed at the accomodation. This room was even better than the last one. Everything was perfect. The linnen were clean and the bed was comfortable the AC working perfect, shower and bathroom inside the room an awesome addition. Very quiet and peaceful which is what we were looking for as we needed lots of sleep before our long 30 plus hour international flight. The area is also great close to everything one needs (Bars, restaurants, supermarkets 7 11) etc. Will definitely come back again everytime we fly out of Manila. The owner was great as well and always very responsive. 10 out of 10!

Cons:

The only thing missing is a mirror in the room! Everything else was perfect!

Avoid.
Pros:

Wifi worked well. Bed was good. Location close to airport terminal 3 and surrounded by food options.

Cons:

Almost impossible to find, no signage whatsoever. After asking someone where it was, I rang the doorbell and had to wait a long time for someone to answer. The whole place is rustic and bare bones. The bathroom is so tiny that it's basically a shower cubicle with a toilet in it. Water pressure was so weak that the shower and bidet were effectively unusable (you really need a shower in Manila). No toilet paper. No rubbish bin. No fridge. Ants in room. So glad I only stayed one night, though I wouldn't recommend it for even that.

Niet goed, maar prima voor nachtje als overstap
Pros:

Fijne locatie dichtbij de airport.

Cons:

Moeilijk te vinden, geen receptie of bordje waar we ons moesten melden. Wc zat heel dichtbij de douche, airco werkte slecht en het bed was echt te klein (lengte en breedte). Verder heeft het geen ramen, geen warme douche en hadden wij geen wc papier.

Very close to the airport

Cons:

Neighbourhood is a bit noisy. No hot shower and the aircon is so noisy that i cannot sleep. I asked for extra bed and paid extra money. They gave me bedsheets that does not fit the bed at all and looks very worn-out and has a weird smell.

Pros:

A room for my self, not sharing. basically it is a house, and the owner rent a room inside . all the basic things you need in a room, if you only need only stay the night for sleep.

Cons:

I was hoping it is not far from the airport so i can walk to the airport really early, i have the first flight, apparently it is 17 minutes walk (with 20 kg luggage) BUT, u have to walk through TOLL Road (to be honest it is forbidden to walking through) or u have to walking around (to avoid toll road) for 25 minutes, and result to broke my handle luggage :(
the aircon make a noisy sound, so it is a bit hard to sleep at night.
The next morning i tried go to the airport by three-cycle for 200 php, but then he stop at the church, and i have to walk through toll road again, so no point then.
