コスパ最高、広島拠点にオススメ
Pros:

広島駅に近く(徒歩5分)観光拠点に良い。
JR側の部屋からは、新幹線が見れる。
大浴場があり、リラックスできる。
宿泊に、朝食夕食付きプランが有り、
沢山だべれるし、安くてお得感がある。
部屋も綺麗で清潔感がある。
USBコンセントの貸し出しや、
傘の貸し出しも無料。
スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、気持ち。

Cons:

駅が近いので、JR側になると、朝夜は騒音が気になるかも。
設備にて壊れているものがある。
大浴場のロッカー、シャワー、サウナ、
共用エレベーターのボタンなど修理が必要。
部屋の電気が切れかけているものが一部あった。
朝食、夕食ともに豪華さは無い。
1番は、どうしょうもない事だが
ホテルが高層で、宿泊客も多いので、
朝夕の外出帰宅時には、エレベーターが
大混雑。待ち時間が長い。来ても満員で乗れない。結局階段で降りる。

ロケーション、部屋の仕様は申し分ない
Pros:

コンパクトだが、必要なものは揃っており、ものを置くスペースがたっぷり確保されているのが非常に良かった。電源の数も申し分ない。

Cons:

朝食・夕食無料、つまり料金に含まれているのは良いが、やはりクオリティという点では厳しい。特に朝食は洋食的なものとしてはミートボール、フライドポテトやスパゲッティという朝食とは言い難いものが中心で、果物、ヨーグルトなど朝に摂取したいものがほとんどなかったのが残念。
