La posizione è comodissima, camera piccolina ma comunque comoda per pochi giorni, parcheggio ampio, letto comodo e buon wifi

Scomodo dover arrivare, trovare il numero da chiamare, contattare la persona, poi mandare i documenti, aspettare che inviino il codice per le chiavi... francamente, se si arriva stanchi sudati, magari con l'abbigliamento da moto come noi, è sicuramente migliorabile

Très beau séjour !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur !
Nous avons séjourné avec un enfant de 9 mois et un de 12 ans.
Jeux pour enfant, parking juste à côté.
La suite était vraiment spacieuse ! Deux salle de bain, une avec baignoire balnéothérapie et une avec douche ! Parfait ! La literie était très confortable et la cuisine était complètement équipée ! Avec un espace pour manger à 4 personnes, vue sur les montagnes.
Le ménage était fait tous les jours, vraiment agréable. Le personnel était très serviable !
Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant !
À la fin du séjour nous avons même eu un petit cadeau de départ ! Très bons hôtes !

Cons:

Ce sont vraiment des minuscules détails qui n’ont en rien gâché mon séjour !!
Petit bémol pour les rideaux occultants… pas de volets dans la chambre et le salon, les rideaux laissent tout de même passer la lumière et il faisait donc jour très tôt dans la suite… un peu compliqué pour mon bébé ! Mais pour des adultes, cela ne dérange pas !
Il est aussi indiqué sur la description: terrasse privée / balcon. En réalité, la suite est au 1e étage et la terrasse est un espace passant en bas avec des canapés de jardin, espace très confortable mais pas de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner ! Par contre nous y avons pris nos cafés et c’était très agréable !

Tranquillità e bella vista dalla camera con balcone
Pros:

Il buffet della colazione alle 8:45 era abbastanza esaurito (mancava acqua, succhi) la signorina di servizio è stata molto gentile e avrebbe voluto far di più per accoglierci meglio al tavolo.

Cons:

Tutto bene, molto probabilmente riassortire il buffet migliorerebbe sensibilmente la percezione di ospitalità

Il cameriere della prima colazione

Cons:

Accoglienza scarsa : non c era nessuno al ricevimento alle 15. Tutto fatto tramite telefono e keyboxes.

La piccola colazione andrebbe migliorata. Frutta o troppo matura o non matura. Molte cose confezionate in plastica.
