Clean, modern looking, convenient hotel. Overall a good stay but it would have been nice to know about the parking/
Pros:

Clean. Convenient if you take the train or walk to shops.

Cons:

Parking is very limited. Only 4-5 slots on site. There were no slots available when we arrived and we were asked to park at a nearby carpark garage for a daily rate of 1700 yen (we were not informed about this possibility before we arrived). Unlike the hotel parking, we could not enter and exit this carpark freely during the day. Each exit would have come with an hourly charge and it was quite an expensive carpark!

Breakfast buffet crowded++. Had to get queue number every morning and wait in line to be seated.

Generally no porters or staff to help with luggage. Only 1-2 luggage trolleys available and you have to load/unload it and wheel it up to the room yourself.
