Waardeloze ervaring, ongastvrij personeel en misleidende foto’s
​Als iemand die vrijwel nooit een hotel boekt, is dit een absolute nachtmerrie gebleken. Eén ster is nog veel te genereus voor deze plek.
​Onbeschofte ontvangst: Bij aankomst parkeerde ik de auto op hun terrein. Er kwam direct een chagrijnige man op me afgestormd die riep dat ik weg moest wezen. Zelfs nadat ik aangaf een reservering te hebben, kon er geen vriendelijk woord vanaf; ik moest hem maar in een garage van € 30 zetten, terwijl het daar gratis parkeren was.
​Misleidende kamers: Op de foto's leek het een gewone hotelkamer. Eenmaal boven met de pas bleek het een zaal vol op elkaar gepropte stapelbedden/slaapkubussen te zijn—het leek wel een Chinese gevangenis.
​Schandalige service en afpersing: Omdat ik hier maar vier uurtjes hoefde te blijven, vroeg ik beneden om een oplossing. Ze wilden me ineens een kamer aansmeren voor € 190. Toen ik weigerde en zag dat diezelfde kamer op Google voor € 124 stond, was de reactie doodleuk: "Niks mee te maken, je hebt al geboekt." Geld terugkrijgen? Uiteraard geen sprake van; meedenken doen ze 0,0.
​Staat van het pand: Het is oude meuk, versleten en er is boven amper iets fatsoenlijks heel gebleven.
​Klantvriendelijkheid bestaat hier niet. Dit is pure oplichting en zonde van je geld. Bespaar jezelf de ellende en blijf hier ver vandaan!
