Ein wunderschönes Hotel , wo man gerne wieder kommt …
Pros:

Ausgesprochen freundliches , hilfsbereites Personal; von der Chefin bis zum Hauspersonal. In 10 Minuten ( laufen)
ist man auf der Piazza von Ascona.
Es gibt ein feines , reichhaltiges Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Sicht zum wunderschönen Garten .
Überall ist es sehr sauber .
Auch kann man das E- Auto gegen Gebühr in der Garage laden . Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind ein bisschen eng , wenn man ein grosses Auto hat.

Cons:

Etwas mühsam ist es, wenn andere Gäste nach Mitternacht die Zimmertüren unachtsam ins Schloss fallen lassen. Es scheppert dann heftig.

Wonderful
Pros:

Charming location next to the lake. Discreet, elegant. The poolside area is very relaxing but also welcoming for children, with a nice poolside bar.
Restaurant is excellent and the staff are friendly. We have been coming for many years and it remains consistent.
Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful garden to dine in.
The sauna area is new and very pleasant, as is the small gym.

Hard to find anything to complain about

Pas assez de transat autour de la piscine

Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Cons:

Ich hatte in den Ferien Geburtstag, ich fand gut, dass kein aufsehen gemacht wurde, aber etwas enttäuscht war ich dann doch, als nicht mal eine kleine Aufmerksam im zimmer war.

Gepflegtes Haus,gutes Personal,kleiner Pool,keine Sicht auf den See,kein ÖV direkt in der Nähe

Alles ist sehr sauber und die ist in der Nähe der Seepromenade

Cons:

Zu wenig Garageplätze und keine Möglichkeit E Auto zu laden,Parkplätze sind rund ums Haus verteilt und man muss froh sein,wenn man immer auf Anhieb einen Parkplatz findet.
Keine Ladestation für E Autos,wenn man keinen Parkplatz in der offenbar zu kleinen Garage findet,dort ist auch keine Schnellladung möglich

wie jedes Jahr, super nettes Personal, freundlich, sauber und schöne Poolanlage.
Pros:

sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet und die Möglichkeit bei super Wetter draussen zu Frühstücken :-)

Cons:

alles gut, gibt es nichts auszusetzen

A little oasis hidden outside of the main tourist area of Ascona
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and bed comfortable.
Facilities were good and the pool area was really well maintained.

Cons:

It’s off the main strip, so no view of the lake (at least not from my room).
“English breakfast” sausages were nini bratwursts with little flavor.
The visit was so nice that these are the only things that were not perfect
