Hubane, hea meelega läheks tagasi
Pros:

Hommikusöök oli väga mõnus. Hotellil ilus aed lindude ja rohelusega. Õdus ja hubane olemine, suured ja mugavad toad. Läheduses palju häid söögikohti.

Välisukse kohal asuvasse tuppa tuli öösel tänavamüra ja pidutsejate hääli.

Sadly the room we were in was next to the stairs.. and a bunch of drunk middle aged men, were quite loud and obnoxious.. and keeps us awake.

A nice stay in the old town.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. A nice inner courtyard to enjoy the food. Location is in the old town, very easy to walk around.

Good location on the edge of the old town but close to the station and market too. Nice welcome and nice staff, good breakfast. Would stay again.

Cons:

There was a problem with there not being any hot water one morning which coincided with a stripped breakfast buffet. Presumably these were connected and a group had been in, but as a 4* hotel it should have the boiler and staff capacity to deal with that.

Długo zastanawiałem się, czy wystawiać opinię dotyczącą tego hotelu. Ostatecznie postanowiłem to zrobić, ze względu na wspaniałą obsługę ze strony Pani z recepcji. Chodzi o Panią, która bardzo dobrze mówiła również w języku polskim. Ocenę punktową 10 przyznaję jedynie ze względu na BARDZO ŻYCZLIWĄ I MIŁĄ OBSŁUGĘ CAŁEGO PERSONELU.
Między innymi na skutek wspaniałej atmosfery i komunikacji z tą Panią, przedłużyliśmy nasz pobyt. Niestety tylko o dwa dni, ponieważ kończył mi się urlop.
Nasz przyjazd przypadł w okresie bardzo silnych mrozów po -20 stopni w ciągu dnia. Temperatura w pokoju była+20 stopni. Dla nas, przyzwyczajonych do temperatury w mieszkaniu+23 stopnie, było zimno. Dla BARDZO MIŁEJ PANI z recepcji, to nie był problem i otrzymaliśmy dodatkowy grzejnik olejowy do pokoju, jak również dodatkowe kołdry. Również za każdym razem, gdy ta Pani była w pracy, pytała się czy wszystko jest w porządku i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Na pochwałę zasługuje także kelner, obsługujący podczas śniadań gości hotelowych. Jego profesjonalne podejście do obowiązków zasługuje na dodatkową premię. ( O premii, za idealne podejście do swoich obowiązków, którą powinna otrzymać Pani z recepcji, chyba nawet nie muszę wspominać). Co do pokojów, to są bardzo ładnie urządzone i przestronne. Łóżka są baaaardzo wygodne. Śniadania bardzo dobre i obfite. Każdy znajdzie to co lubi. Ręczniki i szlafroki były chyba prawie nowe, czyściutkie i pachnące. Łazienka była bardzo duża, zarówno z wanną jak i prysznicem. Taka opcja jest rzadko spotykana w hotelach. Wszędzie było bardzo czysto. Hotel jest położony w centrum, więc jest wszędzie blisko. Jednocześnie położony jest w bocznej uliczce, gdzie ciszy nie zakłóca ruch uliczny.

Cons:

Była również łyżka dziegciu w tej beczce miodu. Mojej córce przydarzył się mały wypadek podczas jednej z nocy. Sprawy kobiece. Nie wiem czy dało się uprać plamę, ale musieliśmy zapłacić za pościel 50 euro. Każdy szanujący się hotel ( a myślę, że ten za taki chciałby uchodzić) wziąłby ten koszt na siebie. A tak, jak śmiali się moi znajomi, hotel zwrócił sobie koszty za prąd z dodatkowego grzejnika.
