We received a welcome upgrade to de luxe rooms. They were generous, clean and air conditioned. The hotel is in a great location in the old town and has plenty of character.
I couldn't meet the staff at any stage of the stay due to a late afternoon check-in and an early morning check-out. All interactions were online.

It's a beautiful property in a quiet street of the old town, but close to all the main attractions. I especially appreciated the staff's friendliness and responsiveness to special requests, making my stay as convenient and frictionless as possible.
Not being staffed 24/7 presented a couple of logistical challenges, but we got to work around them. It would be more convenient it it had elevator access, but the hotel is working on some extensive remodeling of the property.
Everything. Great location for walking the city and easy access to restaurants, all sites, etc. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Good breakfast in a pretty dining area…the hotel has the most beautiful art work throughout.
The staff is efficient but very unfriendly. The housekeeping staff are the only ones who ever smile when you communicate them.

Sauber geführt, gut vorgängige Kommunikation da die Reception nicht 24h besetzt ist. Sehr gute Lage, ruhige Strasse.
Im Zimmer hatte es einen spürbaren Geruch. Zudem dichten die Vorhänge nicht vollständig ab und man wird mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen geweckt.

I loved the old style elegance of the hotel and its location. Also liked the fact that I could park my car on the property.
I was a bit disappointed with the bottom sheet on my bed as it had a rather disconcerting mark on it, that I felt should have been identified by the cleaning staff.

na bardzo klimatycznej uliczce. Pokój przestronny i wygodny. Łazienka dość duża z wygodną wanną, duża umywalka, bidet Hotel ogólnie przytulny.
Okna pokoju wychodzą na ulicę. Ja rozumiem że turyści nieco hałasują jak przechodzą ale w dni powszednie śmieciarka zabiera śmieci o godzinie 3.30 w nocy. Nie muszę tłumaczyć jaki hałas robią opróżniane kontenery.
Co do obsługi hotelu to dziwiło mnie że osoba sprzątająca nie zauważyła nie działającego kranu przy bidecie. W pokoju była kawiarka ale tylko 2 kapsułki kawy i 2 mleczka. Dopiero na trzeci dzień uzupełniono kawę (2 sztuki) a mleczka już nie. Suszarka do włosów bardzo ciężka więc trudno trzymać przycisk i np.ukladać włosy.
I coś co mnie najbardziej zdziwiło że pani z recepcji ani trochę nie mówi po polsku. Biorąc pod uwagę że często w Wilnie goszczą Polacy uważam że oprócz angielskiego czy rosyjskiego panie recepcjonistki powinny znać choć podstawowe zwroty po polsku. Na pewno wzrósłby przez to prestiż hotelu.
