Great location and superb room and staff
Pros:

Great location Very close to everything historical. Comfortable beds. Staff was extremely helpful and polite; they were extremely helpful in getting our phone back that fell out on the cab ride

Pros:

- Большой и просторный номер
- два яруса. мы жили с братом, и занимали два отдельных ярусу номера, это было удобно.
- хорошее место расположения, до метро 1 минута, до центра города 5 минут пешком.
- хороший сервис

Cons:

- видно, что номер нуждается в мелком косметическом ремонте, особенно ванная
- в ванной не хватает тумбы или столика, где можно разложить вещи для ухода за собой
- вид из окна в другое здание, находящееся через 1 метр от отеля

Bel hotel en plein coeur de la vieille ville d'Istanbul

Hotel tres bien situe en plein milieu de la vieille ville. Personnel tres agreable et accueillant. Salle de sport et spa tres agreable

J'etais dans une chambre au -1, climatisation peu efficace et il manque un portoir pour la valise dans la chambre

Lovely hotel in great location in the old city within easy walking distance of the main attractions.
Pros:

Lovely new hotel, great location, spotlessly clean spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Efe was especially helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

The room was too hot especially at night (April) because the AC could only be switched to hot. We were advised to switch it off and open the window. This had no impact on the temperature which stayed fixed at 26 degrees Celsius throughout our stay. Also having the window open meant the 5am call to prayer from the nearby mosque woke us up. The staff said it wasn’t possible to do anything about this due to it being centrally controlled and on winter settings. The only negative in our stay.

Доброжелательный персонал, прекрасная ежедневная уборка номера, шикарная локация.
Pros:

Все чистое, новое.
Отель расположен в стороне от городского шума, при этом в одной минуте ходьбы от Мармарай (метро под Босфором) - очень удобно добираться на азиатскую сторону. Пять минут до остановки трамвая. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

Perfect location, great value-for-money and really polite staff! Really recommended!
Pros:

Levni is a magnificent choice if you want to be around Sultanahmet. The facilities provided exceeded my expectations Iincl pool and spa facilities!), the location is top (close to restaurants, cafes and practically to all major sites of tourist interest in the Sultanahmet part of the city). I should really highlight here that all the staff I had the chance to interact with demonstrated a friendly and helpful behaviour and really made my stay special.
