Clean and comfortable.
Called front for an additional towel and was asked to bring dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them.
It was nice having a kitchen area. Although it was missing a few items. Meaning there should have been at least 2 of each item. Like plates, bowls, flatware. But we made it work 😂 also, a small bottle of dish soap would be helpful to wash the 1 dish to use between people in the room.
The bathroom faucet felt like it might break off. And the lack of items in the kitchen as mentioned in the last question.
It was a great home away from home
I didnt like that there was no bars of hand soap like you have this awesome room.an u cant wash ur hands and the wifi was a pain too we couldn't get it to work with our devices to cast it to the t.v an then we had to pay 1 dollar each device we logged in. You would thing a bar of soap an wifi would be included???
Location for event wa nice
That the front desk woke me up at 7:30 am to tell me my payment dint go thru, so I had to get up go to the front to show them it did in my end. Then got back to bed after a late night at a concert just to have staff again enter my room, scared my daughter really bad. When I finally checked out the manager apologized and stated she would send me a discount via email never got anything.
I was really looking forward to sleeping in due to being in ICU with a family member for a week then being at a concert late, it was impossible at this hotel
There was no breakfast.
I wanted to pay with a different credit card at checkout and was not allowed. Didn't make sense. Employee was like a scared mouse and went to manager who wouldn't come out to chat with me until much later after waiting and not understanding why the request couldn't be accomodated.
They sold our rooms even though they were paid for. Left our family stranded.
Clean. Has everything we needed.
Check in took a long time
The kitchen was nice
Pricing could have been less comparable to other hotels with more amenities
The location was good for our needs. I liked having the kitchen area.
The lighting in our room was the best I’ve had in a hotel.
There was often no one at the front desk and a sign that said they would return shortly. This happened when our key stopped working. Very frustrating.
There was no bedside table.
It was 105 degrees and the ice maker in our freezer didn’t work. The hotel did not offer any other option to get ice.
There was a homeless man living in the lobby.
The room was good sized, and comfortably furnished. The bed was very comfortable. While I didnt make use of them, i was surprised to see firepits and bbq grills outside as well as the availability of small appliances (slow cookers, air fryers, etc) from the front desk for customer use. The room had kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, place settings for 2 (coffee mugs, water glasses, juice glasses, bowls, plates and flatware), pot and pan, colander, measuring cup, cooking utensils, kitchen towel, potholder.
Lots of traffic noise from the L101. Had to keep the fan on all night to help drown out the noise. Also, my room was across the hall from the doorway to the stairwell, and the door slammed when used. The noise was heard clearly from my room.
