Had potential, let down by unfortunate circumstances
Pros:

Well trained staff gave the hotel a professional edge over the others\
Excellent breakfast buffet

Cons:

First night - Cigarette smoke coming though the ventilation into the room. Maintenance called. They opened the window.
Second night - Being woke up between 2am and 4am with staff moving furniture in the restaurant in the floor above.

A comfortable stay in the heart of Kathmandu
Pros:

The hotel is located just outside the famous Thamel area, and is a great choice if you prefer a peaceful experience over the hustle and bustle of Thamel. Great views of the city of Kathmandu from the rooftop pool and restaurant(We could see the famous Swayambunath temple from our room). We enjoyed some great meals at the hotel, and the breakfast spread was quite good.

Thanks to Arbin who was in touch via Whatsapp before we checked in, and replied promptly to my requests.

Tip: Book a room on the high floors.

Location, room, value for money

Cons:

I wanted to book second night at the hotel and in the reception they said that the hotel is full for the night. I checked on booking and it showed one available room, I went to reception to check regarding it and they said that room is not the same as mine as the remaining room was not non-nosmoking. I didnt care about it as I am non smoker, but I can stay in room suited for smoking as well. I was informed that I dont need to book it in booking and in few hours they will contact me if I can stay in my room or I need to move to another room. After couple of hours I was informed that no rooms as no longer available and I have to check out. Terrible service from the front of the house.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times and for Nepal it’s expensive. Its worth every penny
