Pros:

I liked the location and breakfast

Cons:

I hated how dirty the carpets were, absolutely disgusting. The whole hotel was so dusty, not good if you suffer respiratory problems. The rooms wasn't comfortable either and toilet is extremely small. I personally thought it was too expensive for what we paid for.

Pros:

Liked location only

Cons:

Been given room with disabled access facilities, without request. My child had a difficulties to use bathroom where the sink was too low and toilet too high. The door wasn’t closing properly. Door handles were rusty. Bathroom wasn’t pleasant that all.

Tired in places... With a challenging walk as a single woman into Newcastle after dark.
Pros:

Well located, minutes walk into Newcastle across the millennium bridge, car parking (payable), and great views.

Cons:

1. Parts of the hotel and rooms are beginning to show wear and tear. Still perfectly serviceable, just with the shine removed. 2. The walk at night across the bridge felt uncomfortable for a woman alone.
