gần bến Ninh Kiều, thuận tiện cho việc đi bộ dạo xung quanh, xung quanh có nhiều điểm ăn uống, gần công viên Lưu Hữu Phước, vị trí thuận lợi, phòng ở lớn, trang trí đẹp. Nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình, chu đáo

Cons:

Nhà vệ sinh và phòng tắm riêng cho phòng đặt tuy nhiên tách ra khỏi phòng ngủ, nằm chung 1 tầng cũng thuận tiện nhưng khi bước ra khỏi phòng ngủ là có mùi hôi rất khó chịu, do có bệnh về xoang nên ảnh hướng khá lớn về sự thoải mái liên quan đến sức khỏe. nếu khắc phục được mùi hôi ở khu vực ở thì Spring Home khá ok

Pros:

Ubytování má své klady, ale také zápory. Mezi klady rozhodně patří komunikace a ochota personálu, velmi dobrá cena, prostorný pokoj. Rozhodně bych pokoj doporučil vzhledem k nízké ceně, za kterou je pronajímán. :-)

Cons:

Mezi zápory patří prudké schody do poschodí, kde se pokoj nachází, čistota pokoje,zejména koupelny, ale také hluk,který způsobuje pravděpodobně nějaké čerpadlo umístěné na střeše po spuštění vody, což je zejména v noci nepříjemné. Varnou konvici nebylo možné použít, neboť tři kolíky na zástrčce do dvou dírek do zásuvky nestrčíte. Po pravdě - pokoj má to nejlepší za sebou.

Phòng sạch, rộng, trang trí đẹp, gần khu vực chợ, ăn uống, bến Ninh Kiều.
Pros:

Phòng sạch sẽ, trang trí đẹp, có ban công nhìn ra đường. Xung quanh nhiều quán ăn ngon, gần bến Ninh Kiều, chợ trái cây. Phòng có bếp nấu ăn, tủ lạnh.

Cons:

Cầu thang cao, có thể không thích hợp cho người lớn tuổi hoặc bị đau chân.
