The bed is super comfortable which is one thing in the comments that lead us to pick this apartment. Location is easy and the setting by the church is gorgeous. Also lots of food options close by
The shower is pretty small but has great water pressure and hot water availability. The place is small but we knew that by the pictures.

very nice location and facilities. Friendly and somewhat helpful personell, albeit not entirely customer oriented. The beds and the rooms were comfortable. It was a nice hotel so I don't mean to be too negative, I experienced nonchalance about check-in and poor communication about the fact that our room was not going to be quiet. If we had only known we could have probably solved that before hand.
We weren't given access to our room at 15.00 according to check-in time and were not compensated in any way for having to wait. They told us that our room would be ready after about an hour and that they would contact us to let us know. We were not contacted, but came back on our own. Our room was not ready until almost 17:00 which caused a lot of stress for us as we needed to shower before attending a concert. The only reason they gave for the delay was that they had a lot of rooms to clean, but all hotels have alot of rooms to clean and plan accordingly. Also seeing as they charge for early check-in, I find it poor service to not actually let guests check-in on time.
We asked for a quiet room when we booked more than a month ahead of time. We were given rooms adjacent to a square where they had extremely loud music two of the nights of our stay. When I brought this up, they demanded to see proof that I had asked to have a quiet room. My request for a quiet room was in the original booking, which they said they had never received. They said that we needed to book a more expensive room if we wanted a quieter room, but they never communicated this to us.
ideal location in Vilnius, good apartment in price not possible in hotels, all you need is in apartment or in kitchen for guests. No elevator so no for disambled person.
Great location. Nice room with a beautiful view of the church tower through my ceiling window. The cleanest bathroom I've seen in a long time.
The pillows were the only downside. There were four pillows, but they were all the same size, so there was no choice. They were too big and too synthetic for my taste.
